I asked Mark to sell a studio apartment in a good location, but the property was not in good condition. It was very difficult to sell. Mark really persisted with the sale and sold it for a price I was happy with, despite him having to work through numerous potential buyers who were interested, then pulled out, beforehand. I was really happy he finally made it! He communicated very well with me throughout the process.

Claude Di Ciano can only be described as rude, discriminative, and downright arrogant! Based upon our recent (unpleasant) experience during last Saturday’s open home - this treatment can only be described as downright appalling. Do yourself a favour and NEVER deal R&W Willoughby.

Without digressing into all the unprofessional shortfalls of Elysia Somerfield, we have subsequently removed all our investment properties, that were once managed by R&W Willoughby. Avoid this property management agency.

I always like dealing with R&W agents are they all seem to have the same care and respect and throughout their franchise. Their word IS their bond. Distinct lack of ego and everyone is "human". REAL people in realestate.
