We have known Kerrith and the Richardson & Wrench family since living in the Blue Mountains Since early 1990’s.

When our family moved overseas R&W rented a holiday cottage to us in-between homes without issue and attended to all our requirements. They were flexible and nothing was too much trouble.

Whilst overseas our family took on a recommendation to rent a home using Kerrith at R&W. Kerrith & her reliable team organised and ensured the property was to a good standard to rent, cleaning carpets, touch-ups and repair work all done promptly and got it rented without delay. Kerrith was able to overcome any matters that arose with tenants promptly and efficiently and without causing costly bills.

Sadly the house which R&W were renting had to be sold due to a death in the family. It was without hesitation that the first and only choice was Kerrith at R&W. She didn’t let us down, the property was sold on the first viewing within a couple of days of listing at a price the family were happy with. Due to family not being close by we were able to leave everything up to R&W to clean up and ensure that the home was ready for settlement after the tenants vacated without out hold-ups. We were not close by to ensure things got done. It was done on trust and we knew that it would be done and it was.

R&W took away the stress for us by knowing we had a real estate we could 100% trust. Kerrith would answer her phone day and night, and I mean night as we had overseas time differences to deal with and this included when she was on holiday. We truly appreciate this as often it would just be to put our mind at rest about some small issue and allowed us to sleep!

I have dealt with R&W in WF for over 30 years. During that time I have purchased, rented out and sold homes using their services.

I first purchased a property from Colin Reid in 1988 and used Kerrith Offner to sell it for me in March of this year, 2022. In the intervening 30 year period I rented the property out for many years using their rental management team and I also used them to manage other properties for me at the same time. Obviously over such along period of time there has been the odd difficulty with tenants but pretty few and far between and any issues were dealt with efficiently and capably by the R&W team.

When it came time to sell I chose to give R&W the opportunity to handle it for me and Kerrith did a great job, showing determination and patience over a difficult period in terms of weather, a slowing market and the need to work around a tenant for a large part of the time. The end result was a price that we were very happy with and we are grateful to her for having done such a fine job.

In many ways we are sad to see an end of our relationship with all at R&W but we now live interstate so time to move on. I thank all the team at R&W for their professionalism over all the years we entrusted them with our business and to Kerrith for a great high note on which to bring it to an end. I wish them well.

The team at R&W Wentworth Falls are second to none in the Blue Mountains region. This realestate agency and its staff are by far the best in the area. I will even go as far as stating that they are even a cut above any realestate I have ever had dealings with in my 32 years of interacting with a realestate while renting in various locations throughout Australia. I started renting when I was 18 and as you can imagine I have encountered many property managers in my time.

All of the staff I have had dealings with have been a credit to the business and my interactions with them either via phone or in person has been a wonderful breath of fresh air. They are so genuine, friendly and professional and went out of their way to accommodate my needs and make me feel welcomed and appreciated.

After 6 long weeks of searching for a home in a very difficult rental market I was starting to lose hope.
