Without question the best realestate agent in Umina Beach area
Mine is a long and protracted story, familiar to somewhere I initially selected the wrong real estate agents.twice. I believed their self promoting hype only to realise that they didn't know the market and quickly lost my trust. I did the research and called in R&W. Right from the outset Scott displayed confidence, there was no wild expectations set and Scott delivered what he said he would. Potential buyers at open homes were followed-up the same afternoon (this was a new experience) and I could expect a detailed briefing before cob. My property had been on the market too-long courtesy of the two previous two agents so this was not going to be an easy sell for Scott but he pulled it off and got me the elusive sale within 6-weeks. The post sale process has been professionally managed with regular updates from Scott. In summary, I can't recommend Scott highly enough. If you're looking to sell your property, don't risk your time and "sale" profit by using shiny suited agents with their flash cars and self promoting private number plates, head to R&W and ask for Scott Wilson.

John is an excellent agent, very willing to answer any questions and offer solid professional advice to assist with decision making. His knowledge of the area as well as local experts is extensive and he was very willing to refer us to his networks. He went beyond expectations to allow access to our purchased property post contract, which helped us greatly as we lived in Sydney. This saved us time and travel. I would give them zero if i could. First they rearranged the property inspection twice to dates suiting them which I lost days at work for trying to accommodate their needs, then they decide to enter my property WITHOUT ANY CONTACT to myself (i was a sole tenant), My friend from England was staying at the time so they proceeded to accuse me of subleasing to her, Terminate my lease using the reasoning of smoking within the property without so much as a warning. Then they take my bond and try to invoice me further without even trying to contact me, I HAD TO CHASE THEM UP FOR MONEY I APPARENTLY OWE. TENANTS BEWARE -THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE ABSOLUTE DIRT - OWNERS CONSIDERING TAKING YOUR PROPERTY TO THEM, TAKE IT ELSEWHERE WHERE THEY WILL VALUE YOUR PROPERTY
