My Wife, and I, have had 2 rental contracts with Richardson and Wrench Padstow.
We mostly dealt with Peter, Mary and Sandy.
All 3 of them were always, super helpful and just absolute truly genuine people.
Peter was probably the one we had the most communications with, and he really goes above and beyond, what is expected of a property manager.

I bought my property when Charlie was the sale agent 10 year ago. He was nice and patient very helpful and on top of everything. I then rent my property out 10 years via RW. I never had problems. It was nice and easy to deal with Charlie and team. I sold my property after 10 year, charlie is very professional as always. He is proactive trying his best to get promotion from styler to help me to save money. He took buyers again and again, treat our sale very serious. I have to say he is one of the best sales I have ever dealt with.
