Excellent from start to finish! Chris sold my Mum's unit as she had to move into a care facility.
From the beginning Chris was sympathetic to the sensitive feelings of my Mum, and made the entire process as smooth and easy as possible. He is very personable.
The unit sold at Auction at the upper end of Chris's estimate, which was very pleasing. He is supported by a great team and a superb Auctioneer.
I would not hesitate to recommend Chris Downie to any Vendor in our district.

Worst agent I have ever come across. Specially Chris. Once you signed the contract he is totally different person.u will not get the price they told you because they wanted u to sign and tell and well above market price. Then they will push U to sell rudely. Extremely not recommended.

Very happy with the quick assistance with Sam Seagg. She showed me a property late in the afternoon and negotiated a quick approval the next day which was a great result for me. Highly recommend her professional efforts and cant wait to join the group at R&W Northbridge.

Awful property managers - especially Maggie Noske. If you are about to lease a property from or through her, think twice. Lack of knowledge of rules and regulations, rude, unhelpful and ignorant.
