We were having some issues finding a rental that suited us and when we applied to what will be our new place Faddy was very helpful and quick to gain approval from the landlord and strata. He is an excellent communicator and even communicated with the previous tenants about some questions we had.

All the staff especially our property manager Faddy were great to work with, always super helpful and efficient. Faddy was extremely attentive and any issues were resolved right away. End of lease went very smoothly with full bond returned. Myself and partner will definitely use R & W Maroubra when we return to Australia. Thanks again R & W team.

Though never tried other agent before, I have heard friends complaining their agent for unprofessional, slow response, extra charges etc. Those are definitely NOT Faddy and the team of RW Maroubra. Faddy was really quick in responding all time, and provided help as possible as he could. Overall, good experience!

I saw a unit advertised by this estate agent and followed there direction to request an inspection After waiting several days and no response I tried calling Faddy all I got was a voice message, I emailed again and still no response finally a link was sent to me, only for it to offer no times at all, the link didn't work. In sheer frustration I called the Richardson and Wrench office to be told there was 20 people before me wanting to look at the unit, I said well that is great but your sales agent should have the decency to reply and tell me that and stop sending a link that they know I cannot use.
At least the girl in the office seemed to know what was going on. Would I deal with Richardson and Wrench again, probably not If I had to liaise with Faddy absolutely not.
