They forget that tenants are customers as well as property owners. Property managers rarely return phone calls. When they make a mistake on a billing date they contact you and tell you that you are in arrears on the bill. Not impressed.

Honestly have lived in the local area for about 10yrs now and R & W Campbelltown is the 3rd real estate I have leased through and they are honestly the best in the area.if you are lucky to get Emma Crow as your property manager she is amazing and so very helpful when you need it.

Enquired and applied for a property and not as much as a callback. Would be horrified to be leasing a property from them when they ignore offers for 3 months rent upfront. Showing agent at the property didn't even know where the communal laundry was.

Gary and his team recently sold our house in the most difficult conditions the market has seen in some time. They worked after hours and on weekends chasing down every lead and were able to secure us a sale well above what we were expecting.

Everyone we dealt with from W&R was professional and helpful, they really understood that this wasn't just a house we were selling but our home, so showed a great amount of respect towards us and the property.

I have been a tenant since 2017 and made the decision to relocate after 5 years. Natasha, the property manager, has been kind, professional and friendly always asking me if I need any assistance in my moving out of the property and if I needed more time.
The landlords (who I have never met), have been responsive at all times when it comes to any minor/major repairs.
The day I was vacating, Michael, the agent was extremely helpful and kind enough to ask two staff members to stay after hours so I could drop the keys off.
With my mother being in hospital due to urgent surgery, a full time job and the work overload, I was under so much pressure to finish up by Saturday.
So, once again, I will forever thank Natasha, her team and Michael for their outstanding service.
I highly recommend reaching out to Richardson and Wrench Campbelltown for tenancy etc.
