I’ve been dealing with R&W Bondi Beach for many years.
It all started with purchasing a property at North Bondi through Jason Taylor and Managing this property and other family properties through Ari PAPPAS. On all fronts they have been professional, honourable and easy to work with.

A great buying experience, Jason was an honest real estate agent which is hard to come by. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone in the eastern suburbs

Dealing with Gina Simpsons from Richardson & Wrench Bondi Beach has been a nightmare, we started our new lease at the beginning of August 2020. On our first encounter with her, we noticed her unsympathetic attitude towards people, but we ignored it as the place seemed to be a good fit for us.

In a couple of weeks into rent, we noticed significant defects with the apartment, a leaking window and loose hardwood floorboard that was making our washing machine vibrate violently, and we requested her to get it fixed. A month after we reported these issues still haven't been fixed. NSW Fair Trading advised us to keep asking real state agent to fulfil their obligations of the contract, in which Gina response was to call us and abuse us verbally on the phone's speaker. Three months into our rent this issue persists, and all the tenants of the building had similar experiences with her.

Our experience with this agency was terrible. The agent, Gina Simpson, was super rude and unprofessional from the time we put our signature on the lease.

The property had various faults with it, which were know to the agent, which she did not tell us about before we signed the lease. Gina has been ignoring our emails. Once we have received a call from her where she was raising her voice at us and completely disregarding what we were trying to say.

We have been trying to get Gina to fix few big problems with the house for the last 3 months and have been hit with so much ignorance and lack of care.

My advise to everyone is to stay away from this agency and especially Gina Simpson. We are still in the property and don't know how to get out of it.

The team at R&W are professional and provide advice. They know how to find the balance between good rent and good renters.

We were extremely impressed with Ari and the team - always professional, flexible, understanding, and knew when to go to bat for his tenants, while simultaneously looking out for his clients. They have consistently delivered: professional, fact-based advice, proactive outreach to prevent issues, great knowledge of the market, easy to deal with, honest / fair dinkum but also direct advice when needed, great EQ skills to handle challenging situations (neighbors, tenants etc.), availability despite time zones (I live in Europe) etc.

We recently rented a property through Ari and Alena, and could not recommend them both more. Ari was incredibly responsive and efficient, processing our application within 24 hours. His responsiveness was a welcome change to what we had experienced previously. Ari was great.

We went to a house inspection on Saturday and had our application approved by Monday evening! Estelle worked super quickly through all the applications and was very transparent with what the landlords were looking for to help make it a speedy (and successful) process!
