The whole team there is very well, except one agent that I won't name and shame him. But blindsighted both myself (the tenant) and the owner when contract was due to renewal. He didn't pass my negotiated rent increase to the owner and I had to leave to a new house, so Mr. Felthy agent gets his commission for relisting the house.shame on him.

After multiple calls and msgs to let Habib know that we have been approved for a property but liked the property that he had displayed. He completely ignored our calls and msgs. Unreliable and undependable, no honesty.

This real-estate team is highly unprofessional. They don't answer phone calls and prefer to conduct business via text messages. They gave us false hope that we would be approved for a property and kept us waiting for an answer before declining us. Deal with caution!

I work with Steve and his team since 2015, Steve's team managed my property during the lease period for 8 years, they were very professional, responsive and cooperative.recently i ask Steve to help with selling the property, Steve and Rushi are super active and professional in this regards, they sold my property in the first open home with the price of 10% over my expectation. Habib goes over and beyond in providing a professional, honest, and trustworthy service as a property manager. He is very well knowledged and is always a phone call away to help you. I've dealt with other property managers and agents and Mr Ali tops them all with everything he does for his landlords and tenants. Would highly recommend using R&W Bella Vista to help you find a rental or manage your investment property.

Habib Ali was great as my Property Manager, went above and beyond to help me even once I had vacated and was looking for a new property. I cannot recommend him enough.

Have recently used R&W for leasing out my property more specifically have been dealing with Habib Ali.

The property was with another real estate agency and we were having troubles finding the right tenants. Weeks went by and we were still searching. I saw Habib had tenanted out a few properties in the area on realestate.com and decided to give him a call.

I called around 3pm on a Friday to talk to Habib and see what we are doing wrong as I was looking to move the property to another agent. With no real commitment to move on my part, Habib had 2 families through to look at the house at 5: 30 the same day and managed to get the property tenanted a couple days later.

He then went above and beyond in ensuring that the transition between the 2 agents was smooth and the tenant's paperwork was all sorted. His communication was amazing, kept me in the loop throughout the process and provided his guidance/advice in next steps but wasnt to pushy.

Highly recommend Habib if you are looking for an agent who is on top of it. Property is currently tenanted and nothing has gone wrong (fingers crossed) will provide an update on issues are dealt with when they arise as part of the review.

In the meantime, dont second guess it, go with Habib.

We brought our home through R&W and unfortunately our experience has been a little difficult, mostly due to lack of communication. This lack of communication was particularly difficult today on our settlement day. We were told by the agency that we would be met at the home at 10am to perform our final inspection. 10: 10am and no one was there, we tried calling the agent multiple times instead we got voicemail and then a text message requesting us to fetch the keys from under a door Mat and start the final inspection on our own and they were 5 minutes away. But the keys were not under the mat, instead we had to retrieve them from the neighbour. We did the inspection alone and the agent never turned up.
After communicating we were happy with the final inspection we handed the keys back and waited for settlement to take place at 12pm. Once settlement was confirmed we then tried to contact the agent to collect the keys- again sent to voicemail. We then had a call from the agents assistant who said she would get back to us.
4: 30pm and still no communication from anyone- we now owned our new home but had no keys to access it. So much miscommunication it was quite frustrating and no one to give us any answers or guidance. Constant voicemail instead. We finally were told we could have the keys and to meet at the house as the agents assistant was 10 minutes away instead they arrived 30 minutes later. Settlement took place at 12pm with no communication or guidance we finally received the keys after 5: 30pm.
The day felt quite unorganised, terrible communication and somewhat unprofessional.

R&W Bella Vista will exceed all your expectations when it comes to selling and buying. We've been lucky enough to have Steven and his team sell few of our properties over the last 10yrs. On each occasion they have sold the property on time and above reserve/expectation, they also made the experience so easy, effortless and trouble-free. I just want to say a huge praise to your sales staff Habib Ali. I have previous rental history and have dealt with real estate who can be less then satisfying. Habib Ali, from the first meet I had with him, it was comfortable from day 1, he was kind, professional, charismatic and understanding of my situation and requirements. He goes above and beyond to assist his clients. Responsive on any questions had via text in between his next appointments and providing places of interest that he believed I would be interested in to assist in my rushed search to find a new home. The 3rd Inspection I had which he had recommended to me was to be our new home, as rental properties had been going quick and I had 30 inspections within two weeks with no luck as applications were through the roof.

Habib had plenty of appointments he ensured he would make time available for me to get there at my earliest convenience. This property would soon be my new home with a girlfriend of mine in Marsden Park NSW 2765.
As I had good rental history and Habib qualified me well, he put a good word in and had us approved within 3 days of inspection.
