Ribs & Burgers

Went in for the lunch time special which was still up on the website today. Friday, 12.30pm, went to order.no $15 lunch special. Disappointed to say the least because everywhere is advertising it. So only 1 star for either false advertising or not updating your website!

The ribs were ok, I have ordered a regular portion, so was perfect for a quick lunch. Cabbage salad on the side was a bit unusual, but nice as well.

A real treat for meat lovers. We were there for dinner and had a very tasty meal. We had the combo menu with lamb ribs and burger. The ribs were a poem, the meat was very tender and fell nicely off the bone. We recommend. There wasn't much going on in the store, but it was also a Monday evening, 6 p.m. What was also really cool was a separate sink close to the tables so you can wash your hands immediately after eating the ribs.

Very slow service. Took 40 mins to deliver drinks on a 70% empty restaurant and with ample of people behind the counters and kitchen.

Been several times. It's not a bad burger joint the ribs are decent, definitely not melt of the bone American bbq style but then they don't claim that. Good lunch spot

The fries seemed to be handmade.

Pretty good food, but quite expensive, especially since chips weren't provided with most of the meals and had to be ordered as a side.

Tasty burgers and the loaded fries are delicious. There's no skimping on extras either. Great location and friendly staff.

I’ve been here multiple times and each time, I haven’t been remotely disappointed with the quality of food and the service. Really fantastic customer service here from a variety of different staff on different days!

Quickly seated, everything well explained, great food ordered by QR code menu, just sit and relax and enjoy.

Absolutely amazing food, great service, great price and did I mention amazing tasty food. The burger was quite possibly one of the best burgers I’ve ever had and the chips are just to die for, you won’t be disappointed, the food there is just so tasty, it’s like a flavour explosion!

This place was great. Food was amazing and very tasty. Came out super quick and you order through a WR code on the table. Gluten free options available, however some products have gluten in them but it isn’t clear on the menu. The staff are very understanding and helpful though. Chips were great as well and there’s kids options also. The restaurant is right on the harbour. We loved it here.

I was so pleasantly surprised. I had two little kids with me and needed to get them fed fast. This place sat me immediately, had clean high chairs and crayons, I loved the menu ordering method and the food was delicious and surprisingly healthy options too! Gem!

Really nice burger here and the chips were good too. Staff excellent with dietary requirements. Look forward to returning to sample more of the menu.

Ribs & Burgers does consistently great burgers, ribs and sides. For the best experience I'd recommend the beef burgers medium rare.

Great customer service. Arrived after 9pm. Burgers cooked well. Tasty. Very nice chips. Great view from indoor seating of harbour bridge.

Delicious burgers, I can say is now one of my favorite burger places, so juicy, tasty and the meat perfectly cooked.
The beef ribs were delicious as well.
Decent prices, the place have different options to sit, the staff was super friendly, welcoming and helpful with all our requests.
It has different options to order, at the counter or scanning QR code (which it takes a bit longer but worth it if you want to keep strict physical distance).
I would definitely recommend this place!

Had an amazing burgers with sweet potato chips. Me and the family always come here most weekends after shopping.

They are using plastic cups to serve water in 2020. What a shame. Had burgers and ribs. Mexican burger was delicious, ribs were below average with lots of sauce on it and overpriced.
