Rude, Parts for my knitting machine were twisted & bent when they arrived. When I called them 5 min after delivery they told me they were fine when they mailed them and hung up on me. I called back two more times. Because they don't accept credit card payments for phone orders I made a $165 EFT for rubbish. They are the only player in NSW so guess customer service is not a requirement.
