I went to Revive as a first time customer about 1week ago with a lower back pain. I had a 90min remedial massage with Maciek whom I believe is the owner of the establishment. After completing the massage I noticed that my right leg on the outer quad was getting hot as it had cupping, heat packs and towels coving the leg. I suddenly touched my leg and noticed that the cupping apparatuses were still attached to my leg. Maciek proceeded to remove them and to my shock when I got up and had a closer look, there were 3 large red raw 2nd degree burns on my leg. The skin had been burnt off approximately 50mm in diameter surrounded by blisters. He had clearly either had them on to tight or to long. When I showed him my burnt leg he quickly made the excuse that I had sun burn and that caused the blisters. I quickly shut him down and told him that unless you’re blind you can see that my legs are white with no sign of sun tan or sun burn.
I’m extremely disappointed that he dismissed he’s negligence and didn’t even offer any solution or compensation for the burns and the pain to my leg. It’s now been 1 week after the incident and he’s practice hasn’t even bothered to follow up to see how I’m feeling.
Absolutely appalling service and clearly they couldn’t care less about their new customers.

However, what makes this place truly special is Kasia, a remedial massage therapist who combines technical skill with a deep understanding of the human body and holistic wellness. Her presence and her hands are simply magical. Additionally I love receiving some additional advice regarding nutrition, supplements, mobility or self care.

I always leave Revive feeling not only lighter physically but also emotionally rejuvenated, feeling truly looked after.

All therapists know their stuff. I have had a few sports injuries which the guys have helped me through. I would recommend anyone to visit Revive.

Can’t recommend enough. I had never been to a chiropractor before and was a little apprehensive about it but due to sciatic pain I was recommended to see Dr Kashi and I’m so glad I was. Dr Kashi was brilliant, he really helped with my sciatica and was so helpful & reassuring throughout.

Prior to my sciatica I had general back pain and went to see Filip for a remedial massage, who I highly recommend. I’ve always had back pain and have seen many professionals about it but Filip & Dr Kashi have made a huge difference.

Dr Kashi is probably the best Chiro in Sydney. From the moment I walked in the door it was clear that he was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He not only diagnosed the source of my pain within minutes, but he explained the causes in a clear and easy way to understand, showing me how it related to tightness in other areas of my body. I have been seeing him for a couple of weeks now and I have felt a significant improvement in how I am feeling. I’ve recommended Dr Kashi to a few friends now, who have seen him and found the service equally as amazing.
