Reception are very rude over the phone. No customer service, needs to be replace with someone that has a good manner. I would never come back here again nor recommend this clinic. This is the worse I had ever come. The owner needs to educate all the workers including the pathology inside especially the chubby one who embarrassed me infront of all the clients inside. I was not really happy and I regret of coming to this clinic paying 75 $ and experienced all those bad behaviours of workers inside. Its a shame to see workers who are not dedicated to their job.
No wonder the reviews are bad. I wish the owner will take the reviews to improve their service because your clients are moving to other medical centre. There are lots of bulk bill centre and the reception are very good with respect.

I’ve been coming to Revesby family clinic for years and years! All the doctors I’ve seen have been great. Dr Anwar is lovely! He is one of the male doctors there and is usually always on time and easy to get an appointment with. My regular doctor is Dr Shrestha. She’s amazing and the best GP I’ve ever been to. She is so caring and does everything she can to give you all the help that you need. It’s a struggle sometimes to get an appointment with her as she’s usually booked out but if you can wait or book in advance then I highly recommend seeing Dr Shrestha.

Not helpful, just need a GP signature and they ask me to do 1500 dollar Physical and general tests.

After being told I need to see a Dr to get my Daughter's Asthma plan reprinted and her prescription renewed, I spent no more than 3 minutes in Dr Elhafi's office before leaving. I then received a call from the admin team requesting immediate payment of $75! When I queried this I was put on hold to then be told by the 2IC 'it's up to the Dr to decide if they will charge for their service'.

The Asthma plan was renewed with that same Dr in late Feb and medication has been redone every year through this practice since her birth (now 11years old)! No new patient info, no additional tests or examinations required, just hit print on docs already in the system. Appalling!

I emailed wanting to chat privately on the ipn website over fees and the sms messages I get regarding abnormal results. It’s been about 2 weeks and no reply as yet from a estimated 2 business days for a reply.
I did call the medical centre before I sent an email to feedback. I was sending feedback back on my response from the staff at the desk. They couldn’t explain why I was sent an abnormal blood test results. Especially after the cardiologist told me I had a wonderful result Also I didn’t like his staff just said I could talk to the doctor to try and get him to bulk bill me as a favour. I don’t like trying to do deals this way. It was very easy to find another practice who bulk bills only 5 minutes away. So my issues are now sorted

I have gone here for years because it is close to home. I think I've had every doctor. The only ones I would want to see are Dr Fardy and Dr Hasnat, but Fardy only sees his existing patients and I can never find an appointment available for Hasnat. Reception staff are bored, indifferent or downright rude 90% of the time. Now, to top it all off, they have stopped bulk billing. Wanted to charge $75 for an appointment just to get a new prescription. This entails going in, telling them what you need, getting your blood pressure taken (maybe), and them printing out a script. You're lucky if I'm in there for 5 minutes (2 minutes is my record). I'm not giving you $75 for doing next to nothing - and that's usually after waiting well after the appointed time. Will be finding somewhere else to go, or just getting prescriptions online. As there were only 2 people in the waiting room that used to be packed this morning, I suspect I won't be the only one.

There’s a reason there’s so many bad reviews and it has such a bad rating. It speaks for itself. I would recommend going to literally any other medical centre in the area before coming here.rubbish place.

Terrible waiting times and several sms messages stating to book an appointment for ABNORMAL results, strangely I hadn’t been in for over 8 mths…only to find out from the nurse I it was a year ago. My actual test was a NON abnormal MAMMAGRAM result. I believe this is a way of them to get more revenue, urging people to “book in”. It has also happened to my husband.

For what they have to do they are great. If people aren't happy they should complain to the government and ask for more funding. Also people, when you're late, everyone is late.

Literally the most useless doctors clinic. Never answers the phone EVER! Worst service honestly how hard is it to do your job properly and answer the phone. And everytime I walk in the receptionists are sitting at their desk, so how aren’t they able to answer? Useless humans

The worst medical centre ever! It was bad before but is even worse now. Hardly any doctors and have to wait days to see your actual GP who you are a patient with! Which means one doctor must say have too many patients.
I needed results and booked an appointment (doctor cancelled as is sick apparently) that’s fine but have to wait another day! Got the scan done Monday. Three days for a result.

Receptionists are incredibly rude.
Also the center does not accept walk- ins. I went there with a sick child and a negative COVID test result and they said they were not taking walk ins but we had to either make an appointment - which was only available two days later - or take the child to the emergency department. These were the options given and presented in a rude and quite aggressive way.

Phone consultation appointments are made for a reason. I even called to remind the staff that I was waiting for the Doctor's call after an hour had lapsed for my appointment and I was assured the Doctor was going to call me as he was behind schedule. 2 hours later when I did not get a call from the Doctors I called again the clinic and I was advised the Doctor had left the clinic for the day. Imagine my surprise and disappointment at the lack of care and responsibility from the staff of this clinic.

We (two generations including my elderly parents and myself) have been very impressive with the two nurses, Sopanha and Niki working at this clinic during our recent visits. Both of them are passionate and enthusiastic at their work. The caring they rendered to the patients and attention to details are beyond our expectations. They also work very hard with high efficiency. We find them both a gem at the Revesby Family Clinic.

What is wrong with all of these people and their bad reviews.
If you don’t like the clinic then go somewhere else.
I’ve been attending this clinic for a number of years and find the reception staff and the nursing staff exceptional. There are a couple of doctors I’ve encountered that were not my cup of tea but I’m happy with my regular doctor and the doctor he passes me to if he is on leave.
Very organised professional medical centre. Thank you for everything you do and have done in this difficult time.

The other 1 star reviews of this place are correct. The receptionists are overworked but every interaction I've had with a doctor here has been done with in under three minutes without a satisfying conclusion. It turns out that GPs can book you in for a 15 minute appointment, finish in less than 5 minutes and then bill medicare for three such appointments within the same time slot.

If this is what the doctors at this location are doing then they're snakes. If it's not then they're merely awful at their jobs.

For bonus points have a look at the five star reviews and see how many praise each of the doctors at the clinic; what patient is familiar with all of the GPs at a clinic? These are probably faked.

I came in to see a doctor and doctor was not taking any appointments to today, as soon as the doctor saw me I asked him he can see me and he said yes. The receptionist kaylah was very angry and rude with the doctor infront of everyone why he said yes to me, it's very disrespectful and unprofessional!
