Revamp

Worst ever. The staff don’t even know how to do the hair straightening using the iron. It's a waste of money. At first, they asked 115. Shocked! The girl who straightens my hair is lazy (not the blonde one).

Venus saw me without an appointment and knew exactly what I needed with little useful consultation (I know nothing about hair). She gave me a gorgeous colour and even wrote it down to use with a salon up near home to make my life easier.

Just want to say thank you so much to Kayla for doing my hair a few weeks ago I’m in love with the colour and style. I’ve been to serval hairdressers over a period of time and have hated what they have done. Going into
Revamp literally I come out loving everything I get done. Kayla is amazing at what she does I highly recommend kayla.

I left Revamp in tears this afternoon. My appointment was to achieve an ombre dark to light. I went in having light brown and blonde hair. I have what looks like a regrowth band of dark brown, then basically orange hair. I was made to feel like it was my own fault. The worst experience I have ever had with a hair dresser.

The girls working there are so so lovely. Especially Kayla.

But the service provided & salon itself aren’t great. The senior staff had less of an idea about what was happening then the trainees ahah.

The best, I went in with my hair looking like a birdsnest and came out with smooth lovely hair

I used them a few months ago and went to make a new appointment I was told the cost would be double what I’d paid the time before even tho it was the same thing I wanted to have done.

I went to revamp to get my roots bleached and get rid of the regrowth as my normal hair dresser was unavailable.i have previously worked with this store and did remind them i wanted to go lighter.after them not starting my appointment on time and continuously stopping and starting my hair they kept changing my finish time.i had to postpone my appointment i had later that day twice as my hair was simply just not getting finished, my hair toner was left on way too long as it wasn’t washed out on time because staff were having personal conversations with their children and other customers.i had to leave without getting my hair blow dried because of how long the appointment had already gone for, which i know was my decision but was still extremely frustrating! When i got into the car i realised the state of my hair, my roots were brown which is not what i asked for and we’re not blended, the bottom half of my hair was not toned and was orange and white! I cried and immediately messaging my normal hairdresser to tell her what just happened, she was in shock after receiving photos and what i explained.i’m overall upset, out of pocket and really angry with my whole experience!

Over priced for the service. Apprentice girls working with little supervision.dye all over my head ears. Never again

I didn't get what I asked for, but I am still happy with my hair.
What annoys me the most is the unprofessionalism, they had boyfriends, kids and friends come in for a chat and I was left waiting at the basin, which isn't very comfortable.
Would recommend if you have the extra time to spare.

I got 1/2 a head of foils, cut and blow dry by Jane! She did a great job and I will definitely be back to see her again! I love all the staff at revamp penrith, they are amazing! Thank you so much, you are all very knowledgeable

I normally get a hair cut from This business but will never return I normally get a number 2 all over I turned up at 4: 47,13 mins before they close.
The 4 girls standing at the front counter on their phones socializing I asked twice before I got their attention. They all looked at one another and said “we close at 5 which is in 10 mins “
No what would you like or even a thought if it was a simple haircut, just we close at 5.
I understand that it was near closing time but while there is plenty of staff standing at the register having a food old chat surely someone had a spare 5 mins for a male head shave….

If you guys are not taking new customers after 4: 45 why don’t you just close the shop then?

They left my hair for too long it became too light then the toner took so long it became bluish! Pls pls pls dont go there!

I wish I had read the reviews before getting my hair done here and also reviews for tangled salon in penrith as they are the same business. Unfortunately they are not very competent and though it may appear as good value, it's a big risk and you may end up having to pay more to get your hair fixed as I will have to do. I read an article about red flags when visiting a salon and they pretty much meet most of them. Theres a reason they don't have great ratings.

I first visited the salon 6 months ago. I went in with a picture of how I wanted my hair cut and said instead of trying to hide my grey hair I'd like to go grey gracefully.
I was lucky enough to get Ashlee. She cut my hair EXACTLY the way I'd asked and the going grey is still a work in progress as my hair was dark brown to being with but I walk out of that salon every time feeling like a queen. Ashlee is a legend.

Came here for a simple haircut a couple of months back. The ladies there were nice. After one of the ladies finished my mum noticed that it was not straight so we went back and had to get it redone by another lady. The lady that did my hair originally apologised and we left. Pretty decent, won't be returning.

Amazing and efficient services with fair prices. The staff were also very welcoming and friendly. Strongly recommend!

My sister was regular in this store. She use to wait weeks to get appointment but she didn't wanna go anywhere else because she had a good experience so far. Today she wanted to get hair colored based on the package but the staff kept on changing the price everytime she said something and when she told this has never happened before the staff started being very rude saying she can go somewhere else. That wasn't the end of it after awhile she started doing the hair she started the topic again and left her hair half colored. The other staff who continued after that was very nice and polite. The store is good they did a great job with the hair and other staff are very nice. Just one staff in particular. Not going back

I had a wonderful experience here, got my hair done on the 26th of February and omg the staff were so nice and calm with me. My hair turned out a nice purple exactly how i wanted it. Thank you to the amazing team at Penrith my hair looks and feels amazing, im very happy with the result
