Retirement Essentials reviews
79Retirement Essentials handled my Seniors Card application. They were very professional and did a great job taking the pressure of me. I would recommend them hole heartedly and hope to use them again
An excellent service. Our application to Centrelink was processed as required and we had none of the problems experienced earlier when we tried to do it ourselves. Thank you!
I recommend the service provided by Retirement Essentials (RE) in my successful application for the Australian pension. RE advised of the documents I would need and checked I had given all required details. Once finalised and then submitted to Centrelink I had only s short wait until my pension payments arrived.
Very good friendly service from staff. Would recomend this company. Thanks Retirement Essentials.
Telephoned to get them to apply for Seniors Health Card They sent me 2 Centrelink forms to fill in and return to them 1Seniors Health Card application and 2 Income and assets application Quoted me $380 for there service Seemed expensive So thought would try myself Have just returned from Centrelink They advised not necessary to fill out Income and assets form which was quite a task. Wont bother contacting R E in the future.
So far we are at a standstill, I look at my gov and there is no claim. I have provided everything asked for and paid retirement essentials hoping it would make it not so stressful. Hopefully we will get there and Sam will solve any issues. My husband is 67 and I have been diagnosed with epilepsy.
Poor effort. Paid $196 to have R. E.fill out most parts of a form (incorrectly) that I later found was the exact one available from Services Australia free, and still have to attend Centrelink in person.
When I complained I was told I should have used the $340 concierge service!
Not happy.
Very happy with Retirement essentials helping us to Qualify for our Aged pension. Ray & Ann
I was feeling very insecure with all the paperwork and Katey supported my husband and I through what would have been an overwhelming process.
She was very patient and didn’t make me feel silly when I made mistakes with finding and uploading the correct documents.
I have already recommended the service!
ANYBODY WISHING TO CLAIM THE AGE PENSION FROM CENTRELINK THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN FABULOUS IN ASSISTING US TO SUBMIT CLAIM. HASSLE FREE AND PROFESSIONAL
Retirement Essentials were of great assistance especially when communicating with Centrelink which can be difficult at times
Everybody was extremely patient, took great care in explaining the details and facilitated the granting of our Health Cards.
If you want a great customer service and a speedy application for a PENSION go first to Centrelink. You’ll save money and time! I wasted weeks w Ret Essentials couldn’t talk to anyone while I had a dedicated Person on the phone in Centrelink
Retirement essentials have been such a great help in achieving a great outcome financially for us. The cost of doing this far outweighs the stress of dealing with all the paperwork and Centrelink. Can’t recommend Retirement Essentials highly review.
The people at Retirement Essentials were most efficient and helpful during the various process of our pension application. We would highly recommend their services.
These people are terrible. Once they have your money nothing happens. Phone calls are not returned and emails not answered. Save your money and do it yourself. I finally did get a pension but it would have been quicker and less stressful doing it myself, not to mention cheaper.
Used Retirement Essentials services to check eligibility for a part Aged Pension, provide related advice on some potentially complex issues and then to prepare, submit and follow up our application. The service was excellent and took the stress out of preparing the application and dealing directly with Centrelink.
I’ve had an excellent experience right from the start. Retirement Essentials helped me to correct errors on our original application prior to lodgement and I opted to pay an annual fee for ongoing assistance. My consultant and the team have been so helpful with everything including matters that they do t have to deal with. I feel safe knowing they are on top of all rules and regulations and am thankful for ongoing correspondence about any foreseeable changes to legislation. Thoroughly recommend them and the ongoing package assistance
I used Retirement Essentials to apply for an Age Pension.
Initially I was a little hesitant, as they had a few reviews that were not great, but I needn't have worried, the service was terrific. It certainly takes the stress off the application process and removes the need to line up at a Centrelink office for hours.
Highly recommend.
