My Rethink broker, Meg. Wow. I’ve worked with over 15 brokers in my life and no one compares to Meg. The level of trust she instilled in me is beyond any other experience I’ve had. If she told me I’m approved for a loan of 7 billion dollars today, I’d believe her just off her word.

Couldn’t praise the rethink team enough. From the start it has been a smooth transition across all divisions of the rethink team. Thank you to Maroun and Darren for finding a property and the due diligence process. Jane and Esther did a great job with the legal side of things and Dean was very good coordinating a finance deal. Taidhg and Jaime were able to help us find insurance and a property manager in a different state, which topped off every aspect of the purchase. It makes it so much easier to work with, when the whole team coordinates so well.

First time investing in property, and cannot recommend Jamie and the rethink team more. From asset discovery, through to contract negotiation and now commercial loan refinancing, every part of the service has been excellent. Would recommend rethinks services and will be looking to work with them again in the future.

Recently purchased my first commerical property through Rethink. Incredibly happy with the property and their support the whole way through. They negotiated hard on my behalf from the start right through to the end. They presented me with an industrial property for 1.8 with 8% net yield. Maroun (my strategist and main point of contact) was relentless and able to take a further 50k off the price at the point of when I signed the contract which was great. Eventually secured property for 1.75. Very thankful to have had Maroun's assistance through this whole process. Genuine, knowledgeable guy and an investor himself with a large portfolio who knew what he was doing and guided me through the process.

Their due diligence team didn't miss a beat. They put together a report that went over everything with a microscope and helped to give me so much confidence going forward with this deal.

I also dealt with Andrew from Rethink's finance team and he was exceptionally knowledgeable about the different finance products and a great guy who I would highly recommend working with.

William was the Rethink solicitor I dealt with. Easy to deal with, very friendly and professional and great at what he does. Someone I would highly recommend as well from the team at Rethink.

Their recommended insurance broker Taidgh also did a great job with sorting out my insurance on the property.

Overall, from start to finish the whole team at Rethink made the process stress-free for me as I didn't have to think too much as they advised me the whole way through. I've used other buyers agents in the past but they didn't compare to Rethink. These guys are the real deal. I'll be using these guys again in the future for my next commerical property.

We purchased our first commercial property with Rethink in 2021. This property has generated strong cashflow from day 1 even on P&I repayments and an 80% LVR. The property manager recommended by Rethink has been the best I have ever dealt with. The property had a great tenant in place on a 2 year lease which is now just coming to an end. The tenant has now signed onto a new 3 year lease with an increase in rent and property management fees now included in outgoings. All round we have been very happy with this purchase.

I have now purchased two commercial properties with the support of Scott and his team.
