Product is fine. Issues with it arriving late and broken. Poor customer service rectifying the issue.

Significant delays with delivery, poor communication with regards to updates on extended delays. When items finally arrived it was the incorrect item and quantity was also incorrect. Trying to get it resolved has be less than a pleasant experience. Will never use this company again.

This company is so awesome to deal with. Great products, very orgainsed and fast delivery. I really like how you guys keep us informed of the shipment with tracking facility.

Bought a 1.8m sit stand desk and stupidly saw the close address and selected pickup rather than delivery (1.8meters wasn’t fitting in my car).

After a few messages to a rep named Wade I was able to bpay the delivery money and rectify the issue.

I have since used the desk for the last few months and can confirm with 2 motors it’s incredibly smooth to lift and fall, which was a concern given I have a 43 inch monitor rested on top.

Extremely happy I found these guys and the desk as I have saved hundreds in comparison to some of the better known brands.

Only thing to note is that the top is a little thinner than I would have expected, but it is supported by 2 steel bars directly underneath which hold the motor connections so it’s actually quite sturdy.

Purchased 1.4 meter sit stand desk from Retail Display Direct, arrived in 3 days, although the free monitor arm came 2 days late. The overall quality and value for money was great. Conditional 5 stars recommendation for now!

Good quality and price, I placed the wrong order, and asked to cancel my existes order then reorder one and there staff was very helpful.

We bought online seeing 3-5 delivery time and it more than a week to deliver. When delivered, they just delivered Tabletop and delivery guy said they'll deliver it nexty day. After 3days when we asked about legs delivery, RetailDirect so casual and they said its not their problem and the delivery is from BorderExpress and when we contacted them they are giving same reply as still investigating for 3days. Retail display direct was very rude in their response saying that if we want we could refund and their response was very irresponsible. Will definitely not recommend this place.

Terrible service. Ordered a Standing desk but just got only one of the parts. Called the 1800 number to check the status of the missing parts, the owner wasn't apologetic and was very rude.
I wouldn't recommend buying here anytime.

Recently bought a STANDING OFFICE DESK WHITE 1800MM - reasonable price, fast delivery, easy installation, and works perfectly. I am very satisfied with the goods and no drama throughout the process.

Absolutely terrible service, sent me the wrong shipping number so I was tracking the wrong order and then there were parts missing when it finally arrived. When I called to advise that I needed those parts today, the "owner" of the business not only didn't apologise for forgetting the parts but was unbelievably rude and unhelpful about sending the parts out to our business then he hung up on me. Will never ever purchase from here again.

Purchased the electric desk in the photos. They were out of stock at time of ordering. Work from home re COVID seemed to have all desk suppliers selling out locally in NSW. I wanted an electric desk for my new house office and ear marked one from a store for when I moved, but as they were sold out I had to search for another.

Retail display Direct had what I wanted, better price, and online it appeared a well designed desk. Even though sold out I was able to place an order. I hoped this was a trustworthy company, having not heard of them, nor used them prior and paying up front was required.

I did get the desk. Happily it is exactly as described and better quality than others I had considered. It is sturdy, I believe rated to 150kg! It has 2 motors, no shaking on electric rise up or down, very stable. Love the curve in centre for standing.
A mainly positive experience dealing with this company, reducing one star as communication is not the best. I had to follow up delivery time, no email or contact when my desk dispatched, no tracking email.
I called up one day enquiring about delivery and was told desk was already sent. I crossed fingers it would arrive, it turned up next day.
So the communication was only negative. Desk arrived well packed and intact.

Great service from the team and will be using again.

Best online shopping experience ever. As a volunteer wildlife group we watch our budget. Retail Sales Direct had the best prices for brochure stands and acrylic donation boxes. I hadn't dealt with them before so you never know just what the product/experience will be like. I received the parcel faster than expected, with the quality up to expectations, but one of the donation boxes was cracked. I took a photo of it immediately and emailed Retail Sales Direct on their very easy to find contact details. I explained one of the boxes was cracked and I could send a photo to prove it. Within minutes I had a reply to say please send a photo and they would replace. I was floored by the prompt positive reply. I sent the photo and true to their word I had a replacement within days. Thank you Retail Sales Direct. That goes down as my most positive online shopping experience ever.
