Sam wrote my resume and cover letter. I sent him the resume I had completed so he could get the job descriptions and dates. I was happy with the cover letter. The resume looked like the one I sent him except the chronological job listings were not in the correct order, the colour at the top was a different colour. I asked him if there was a different format he said there was not. The address was wrong which wouldn't let me edit it, when he changed it there was part of the Suburb Parramatta still visible, I do not live in Parramatta. I told him about that and he said not to open it on the phone, which I did not do and at that point I gave up. I could not use the resume and ended up using the one I had created. I presented the two resume's to two separate friends and asked them which one was the professional written one, they both chose wrong. Worst waste of $229.00 I have ever spent.

Sam took the time to set up a zoom meeting with me on a Saturday morning to go over my resume for me, to point our and correct the goods and bad's of it.

I cant stress enough how grateful I am that he took the time out of his weekend to help me with this when he didn't need too, not people would even answer the phone on the weekend
