Customer service is super slow with multiple staff just at the counter but late with appointments. The waiting area is super awkward as well as there aren't many seats and you just stand around near the doorway so it is very public.

She Doesn’t provide Safety Grass for cover eyes when i get hair laser.
I opened eyes when i had to i my skin going and my eyes attacked from laser.
They need Working with Keep the basics!

Going in to enquire was a little daunting. The staff come off very guarded and unhappy. But the treatment itself was painless, quick and she made me feel super comfortable.

They canceled my appointment without notifying us at all at arrival. They do not do REFUND at all! Don’t deposit any funds with them, you will never ever be able to get that back again for changing in mind

Absolutely do NOT DEPOSIT with them, they have NO REFUND policies and you will only know when you regret having hair removal from them, my skin bleeds like my heart

I had a terrible experience at this laser clinic in Burwood Westfield. The staff shortage meant I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for my appointment.
The person who attended to me seemed completely untrained and operated the laser machine incorrectly, despite my complaints about the extreme pain. As a result, my private area became red, itchy, and painfully uncomfortable, even after applying aftercare gel. The whole night was a nightmare, and the discomfort persisted. I have requested a refund and compensation, but their response has been lacking. I advise everyone to stay away from this place. Unprofessional and careless.

They canceled my wife's appointment without notifying her, they claimed they called us but cannot provide any proof at all. Also no refund policy, so do NOT deposit any MONEY with them, you will never ever be able to get that back even you have not used any of the service at all because they just don't want to provide you service.

Neglected and unprofessional services. After 11 Brazilian treatments, I still have to shave everyday. 3 years ago, my under arm hair removal was completed only with 4 treatments in another clinic because I don't have much hair.

I am a full-time working mum of 3 kids. I had to juggle all my schedules to keep the appointments. I did my commitment but where is their commitment? I am so depressed with the fact that I have to go through all the treatments all over again.

A couple of staff were really nice and did in a professional manner, but, unfortunately, the staff who treated me the most of the time neglected her duty wasting my money and ttime. Even though I nicely asked for the change, She didn't change.

I lodged a complaint on 30/04/2021, but I haven't heard a word from the clinic.

JULIE YOU ARE AMAZING! I would like to say with my whole heart how lucky I am to have found someone like her, she is so professional and makes you feel so calm and beautiful before and after. Would like to say thank you and would recommend her to anyone without a doubt.

Great staff and customer service. Done a really good job for laser hair removal. My consultant was Vivan and she was really good!

I spent $600 on 3 skin needling treatments. Have not noticed NO change at all in my skin. I called the clinic and the person on the phone did not care about my feedback and told me a consultant would call me (and I haven’t heard from anyone). Very disappointed and feel as though I’ve been taken for a ride.

Unprofessional is a kind word for this place. I feel compelled to write this review hearing about the nature of conduct at this place from my wife.who has been rescheduled around 4 times for one appointment. One of the times, she was called in and then notified on the spot that they'd be doing half of the laser treatment (?) and that she'd need to revisit.

Time and again they have staffing issues and they'd change the appointment again which is challenging to manage around work schedules. It's as if once you've paid for the package (which is what my wife did), they take you for granted. Beware of the package deals where they make you pay upfront for discount. You're at their mercy after that! Better yet, avoid this place!

Been going to the Burwood clinic since 2019 and have had great results with my facials and laser treatments. The staff especially Maria are all thorough and are very friendly. I must say I have always enjoyed going to my appointments and catching up with the staff as well.

I would happily recommend Gigi at Burwood clinic the service she provides was exceptional and always make sure her clients are happy when they walk away. Gigi your amazing! Thank you x

NEVER GO AGAIN!

I was late for 1mins for ny laser underarm, and they dont let me in anymore and rebook my appt in one month. And it's normal they over run 30mins.

Sadly.overpriced. Walked in an enquired about Microdermabrasion - I usually go to Laser clinics (they are good) but was open to trying somewhere different. They said they were having a half price sale, usually $60 - so $30 sounded great. Stung me $60 - saying the original price was $120. Absolutely would NOT have paid $120 (EVER) for the once over the face and a bit of serum at the end. I did speak up but they shrugged and said sorry for the confusion. I dont think they were - I get the feeling these guys are under pressure to do tge hard upsell. Wont be back.

I have had amazing results from this clinic, in particular Maria who treats me regularly. She is incredible, extremely thorough, doesn’t let me leave until every spot has been done! Maria is so kind, respectful, professional and experienced. I highly recommend her at the Burwood Clinic!

If there’s no star option I would give them I wasted more than $2000 unprofessional staffs nothing any improvement almost 1.5 years don’t follow anyone this place please don’t waste your money find out there’s a lots of genuine places

Out of all the laser clinics I've been to this has to be my favourite in terms of laser treatment. The ladies are so kind and helpful and I have seen an immense reduction in my hair which I am so grateful for. Definitely worth it!

I am incredibly happy about my full body laser treatment handled by Tina. I highly recommend her, she’s incredibly thorough and can tell that she enjoys and puts effort in her work. I have had 3 treatments so far, treated by 3 different women and I would have to say that she is by far the best. Will be seeking all my treatments by her in future. Overall, very happy with the new staff. Thank you!
