Super fair and easy to talk to, if we have anything to report he’s quick to action repairs as well which is really great. Highly recommend and grateful that he looks after us! The property manager is really great and helpful with my issues I had and problems I had at the place am renting. They are also friendly and honest. Very disappointing experience.
Attached picture is more than enough to show how i have been treated.
Agent declined to install curtain on the window and for them it was not nessary.
How i was supposed to keep my kids and family safe from cold?

I had to stop the cold with the blanket. Looked soo ugly.
And i begged to install the light in backyard which was declined. Why its not essential to install the light? Do you guys think tenant should not use the backyard/pergola at night. Why did you ask tenant to install the light from their pocket?
Can, t be worst than that.
They declined to give me my rights and now asking for break fee when i had to leave the home because of their unreasonable behaviour.

Erica has been fantastic from start to finish, at the open inspection she had time to explain things to us and we didn’t feel rushed at all as we have with other agents and we have had a lot of experience with this having had to move three times in the past three years, following the inspection Erica txt and called to clarify a couple of things with our application and later that day I received a call from her Genuinely Excited to tell me our application has been approved! We made a time to collect the keys and Erica met me very happy to Congratulate us on our new home, after signing for the keys Erica said with such Joy and now there is just one more thing I need to give you before you go, she left and came back with a beautiful Hamper!
Erica your a breath of fresh air & you will go very far in your chosen field!
