Poor service! During your tenancy, they response you everytime but when it comes to return the bond, they all start ignoring you. I have been waiting for my bond since last 3 months. I keep on contacting them but they ignore you!

Respon Global teams are wonderful. I've been a tenant with them for the last couple of years and dealing with them has been so easy and hassle free. Rented a place at Waterloo road in marsfield with them last year. After moving in, had to wait for 1 month for internet to get connected and 3 moths for a new oven. Both of which were promised within a week. Repeated mails and calls were needed for all issues. Please avoid

Respon Global is not only professional and reliable but also helpful and kind, something that you do not find in a real estate agent often. If you are looking to buy, sell, rent or need property management there is nowhere else you would want to go.

Wish I could give lower than 1 star, no customer service, never respond to calls or emails, list goes on. Stay away from them

My WOREST rental experience! If u can see this comment—NEVER rent a house through this agency. Stuffs will be very enthusiastic before u pay them deposit, then they'll continue to find a more suitable tenant (with a high price). They breached the contract ten days before I checked in, and they did not believe that Australian law could regulate them! The most UNTRUSTWORTHY intermediary company I hav seen!

I have worked with Respon Global for many years and their Knowledge of the Real estate industry is second to none. The staff are very friendly and always have time for me.

If I could give respon global a zero star rating I would. This is the most unprofessional rental agent I have ever dealt with.list of issues include:
1) Not contacting me before tenants have already moved out and only starting to find new tenant 2 weeks afterwards.
2) Not properly inspecting my property during the final tenant inspection. Tenant had removed oven grills; damaged bedroom light switch and not replaced broken lightbulbs. Yet this was not picked up by this agent.
3) Fails to properly communicate about ongoing engagements of seeking new tenant.
4) High turnover of staff. From my end I never know who is looking after my property.
5) Signing me up to "landlord" insurance before my approval. No product summary or what this insurance covers has been provided. They have yet to follow up on this.
6) Does not properly screen tenants. One prior tenant had a cat when the contract said no cats.

Pleae do not use any services with them as they are extremely unprofessional.

I couldn't be more impressed with the service Respon Global provide me. Their knowledge of the market and honest communication has been a blessing after dealing with another agency who didn't have my best interests in mind. This agency is a joke. They have no idea what they are doing and seems like they think they are not regulated! They act like if they were in China!

Teams are very professional. They able to answer any questions I had. Purchased my first property with Respon Global. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
