6Most welcoming and helpful store in whole Sydney helped with type of mask and how to tackle the challenges faced by people wearing a mask overnight
I rented an Airsense 10 machine, and was assisted quite professionally. However, when it came to buying a CPAP machine it was a completely different situation.
I did my homework for an Airsense 10 with N20 mask, side cover, additional filters and cleaning wipes. ResMed shop showed me a total price of close to $2100.
I drove up to another shop and got the same package for $1360, including full 5 year manufactures warranty. It proves again that is makes sense to shop around for the best price.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I returned the CPAP machine to end the trial but was still charged for another week. I called up and spoke to someone from accounts who reassured me that I'll receive a refund within 5 business days. It has now been 12 business days, 2 phone calls, 1 email, an online chat and I still haven't received my refund. Instead I keep getting the same response, that they'll follow it up and have someone contact me. Darcy from their website chat said there are no records of my conversations because their online support system is separate to their phone support system. I provided feedback on how they should improve their system by having a shared CRM between their online and phone support so there are records of each conversation regardless of it being online or over the phone, but instead he ignored it and continued giving excuses. As a customer I should not need to follow up on a refund or explain the situation every time and get the same response.
I have now lodged a dispute with my credit card company as they seem to keep giving me the run around hoping that I'll forget and let it go. That or their customer service is so bad they don't even know what they're doing!
The staff are always friendly welcoming and extremely helpful. Highly recommended
