Can't fault the care and time the team took today to fix my wall. Communication was excellent. Explained the process before they started and even asked me to have a look at the equipment they used. The bit I appreciated was once everything was prepared, they came and ask me if I would like to watch as they worked to close the crack. I really appreciate being included in the process. I could see the level of attention to detail they looked out for and each person in the team worked efficiently like one unit.

Matt was our Structural Consultant and was very knowledgeable on everything subsidence and gave us great confidence in what he was quoting on and what we needed to get done. It was for this reason that we went with Resinject.
Their Admin team was great and prompt with correspondence and booking in the team.
When the truck and the team got here, the Crew Supervisor (sorry I forgot his name) weas incredible. He ran me through everything they were going to do and explained everything.

Cannot express how happy I was with the service from this company. The work was carried out according to the information given in the quote. All interactions with all staff from David who gave our initial consultation, Chelsea from the office, and Adam, Ross and Matt who did the underpinning was positive and informative. The work was carried out within the timeframe set out and the guys were professional and left our property in a clean and tidy manner. Can't thank them enough for their work and would definately recommend there work ethic.
