Repetitions Fitness in Rouse Hill is more than just a gym to me - it's a loving community that I'm grateful to be a part of. Over the past three years, I've found a second home filled with supportive staff and friendly members. From the personalized guidance of the trainers to the uplifting atmosphere, every visit is an inspiring experience. Being a part of this community has made my fitness journey truly special. I highly recommend Repetitions Fitness to anyone seeking a welcoming and motivating place to work out.

I am a long distance runner & did a bit of strength training myself to support the running. Even with the strength training I was doing, I was keep getting injured, which was hindering my progress in running. I had been to couple of other places for strength training & didn't find it quite effective. That's when one of my friend recommended Repetitions. I initially joined the group training. Found everyone up there very nice & supportive. I then decided to go for training which are more specific for running & opted personal training. I have been doing my PT with Nick from past 1 year & results were fantastic, I have hit a PB in every race I did in 2023 & I ran two marathons this year (which included my very first marathon), that's the amount of confidence that you get after training with Nick. The trainings not only involves physical strength but also lot of discussion around mentally getting prepared for the race day. I love training at this place & recommend the place for your personalized or generic fitness goals, These guys deserves a 5+ star. Thank You Nick for being such a great trainer & a person.

Started training at the gym 4 weeks ago, Adam is super helpful in setting his app with food management etc, feeling fitter already. The gym is run really well. There is a bigger feel to Repetitions than just a gym, really community focused and great people. 100% recommend to people that want to make a step change!

If I could narrow Repetitions down to one word it would be - life changing!
I came to this gym after a number of years off training and not feeling the best version of myself. The trainers are so knowledgeable and supportive and the gym has a very welcoming and community type vibe suited to all fitness levels. If you are looking to get results and have fun doing it, you will not regret joining this gym!

The best group training gym to exist!
The training programs are flawlessly designed to achieve the most out of 60 minutes and target all of the body’s muscles.
Adam and the team are constantly coming up with new ways to keep members accountable and showing up to sessions by creating goals, competitions and giveaways. If that is not enough, there is always extra support readily available directly from the trainers. On top of that, Repetitions has built such a unified community that I’m grateful to be apart of.

Joined Repetitions during COVID when they were doing on line classes. I’ve never been a gym person but realised it was time for a change
The best thing I ever did
Love the variety of classes on offer, the people at the gym and the trainers
Changed my life for the better
Since joining I have lost a total of 20kgs.
If you love group training sessions, this is the gym for you

This place deserves the 5-stars! I recently moved in the area and Adam gave me an opportunity to train and view first hand how this gym and its approach is different to the others in the area! I must admit I actually hit my target strength goals and the motivation, the family friendly environment (you can bring your kid along, so no more excuses to stay home!), the bespoke fitness app that connects you with the trainers to motivate and help track your fitness goals and of-course the community are the best part of this gym. I highly recommend this gym and advise to give it a try if you haven’t already.

Started at Repetitions 5 months ago and am so happy with my progress so far to regain by strength and fitness after having two kids. Currently doing Adam's 8 week challenge and have learnt a lot about nutrition and feeling so much more fit and lean. Amazing gym, great coaches and community:)

Repetitions Group Fitness is one of the best gyms in Box Hill. They've got group fitness classes everyday. The team here is just amazing they motivate you throughout the class. The classes change everyday throughout the week which is great.

Repetitions is easily one of the best places to train in my opinion. Their dedication to their work and helping each and every person achieve their goals is impeccable. They are friendly and welcoming straight from the get go and reach out to help people when struggling during the workouts. As well as this, their programs offer something for everyone and have many different timeslots available which helps for those with busy schedules. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Reps is easily the best gym I’ve been to. 5/5 for sure! The structure they have developed is perfect for somebody like myself. I only Train around 3 maybe 4 times a week as I am busy person but their program has still seen me get great results that I know i wouldn’t have achieved at your “standard” gym. They are great at helping you stay accountable and the staff are all very approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. The variety of classes is what seals the deal, you get a little bit of everything!

I’ve been training here for 2 years. I couldn’t recommend this gym highly enough for any level of athlete. Cardio based circuits, compound functional movements all the way to tailored strength programs. The gym also supports the MyZone heart rate monitoring system so when you train you can compete with those around you. Adam and the team do a great job, are very approachable and have created a fun place to train.

I have been going to Repetitions for over 2yrs and it is an awesome gym. They have classes to suit everyone, the instructors are very supportive and everyone is so friendly. I can't imagine working out anywhere else!

One of the best gyms around. Have been with the Reps team for a few years now and haven’t looked back. Great variety of classes, awesome trainers, amazing community of people. Full marks across the board and then some. Incredible gym.

Excellent place to train. Adam and his team know their stuff and go above and beyond to ensure you are progressing and getting the most from your sessions. The members are welcoming and provide a real team atmosphere where regardless of your age or fitness level, they motivate you to do your best each time you step inside.

Joining this gym has made it easier to get back into fitness again after having 2 kids. Such friendly & supportive staff, the classes have a great selection of workouts to follow where you can work at your own fitness level. I love supporting small businesses too, thumbs up!

Not that the team need my review but here’s my 2 cents, this gym is great for any person to get started with their fitness goals or someone very experienced to try something very different. Good mix of conditioning and weight training and a good team of experienced trainers to guide you through the classes. If you are looking to start out or looking for something completely different (like me who trained CrossFit heavy lifting and Olympic style training for 3 years) I highly recommend to give them a go.
