Repco Wollongong

Staff seems to have no interest in customers. Haven't seen such unprofessional guys in any auto store.

The staff have no interest in helping customers and become rude and annoyed if you dare to ask for assistance (if you can get their attention). I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

So i went to Wollongng Auto Parts in Kenny Street Wollongong. The staff were helpful, looked up what i needed (instead of like repco bald manager telling me to watch youtube and come back withd details!) I made sure I gave all my business to Kenny Street. They had parts in stock but even if I had to wait weeks months. I'd rather give NOT give my $$$$ to repco. I've told family, friends, my encounter with rude dismissive manager. I really hope repco get rid of manager.

Repco at Wollongong was really unwelcoming. Could tell the manager didn’t want to be at work or hated his job. Why doesn’t he leave and find somewhere he doesn’t hate being at. He brushed me off with short responses each time. Was not one bit interested in helping. I asked to speak to mgr. He said I'm the manager. OMG if that's an example of service by the manager then see you never.

Let me start this review with a statement of how lovely and knowledgeable the staff are at this Repco. I needed help with my wiper blades and received amazing service.

HOWEVER! The woman who is the (assuming) owner/franchisee, is the rudest woman in Wollongong and one of the rudest people I have come across in a long time. The way that she spoke to her staff was appalling. The way she speaks to customers is disgusting. She threw my product across the bench to another register so it could be rung through. I stood there in amazement at her behaviour. She was 'training' a new staff member by yelling at her, yelling at the customer, and berating the staff member in front of a line of customers, whilst everyone in the line was waiting to purchase their product and get on with their day.

Today's experience was not a one-off, my husband has seen this behaviour, and been on the receiving end of it more than once.

If I had my choice, I wouldn't go back to this particular Repco as I really do not want to have any further interactions with this woman, which is a shame, as her staff are so nice and friendly, and it's a really great store.

The staff are not particularly helpful and a little condescending. I went in wanting three things, left with one. I was told it would be easiest if I ordered online.

Good place, I have an NRMA discount card, so the prices are even better.

A couple of staff members are good, but by and large the worst customer service you will find. Certain management seems to be in a perpetually bad mood. You are much better off going down the road to Supercheap. For both value and service.

This store has always been great, fantastic helpful service.

Have the part needed in stock, then can't find the part in-stock. No help with tracking vacume hose, s. I gave them my rego no, and engine make no. Not much help. Thanks for nothing.

They don't allow fitness passport clinents which is a shame, I could have given them a more informed rating.

Is a great shop. Great service and supply of goods ordered is timely. Prices are reasonable and can get big discounts if you keep your eye out for sales times. Bought a pile of stuff from hen off 20% order online for shop pick up. Awesome

Terrible customer service very rude staff especially the bald guy.
Ordered some buckets online and went to pick them up in store. They didn't have enough stock despite their website stating otherwise. They refused to accept any responsibility for the problem and expected me to come back later. Any store worth their salt would respect their customers time, offer to ship the item for free and apologise for the inconvenience.

I enjoy shopping at Repco in the centre of Wollongong. Originally just because they I lived around the corner in walking distance. (Which was great when mid job and needing a tool or part.)

Even now I find it easy to get to and find a park which saves me otherwise needing to drive through several sets of traffic lights to get to Fairmeadow, (or further north) to get parts and consumables.

Repco generally have what I am looking for and can order in the more model specific items if needed.

I've always had a good experience with staff over the years, finding them to be good humored and helpful. Even if I have accidentally chosen the wrong item, they have been very good with swapping it for the correct part with no dramas.

Helpful and enthusiastic staff. Very prompted. Well priced. Knowledgable and willing to help. I would 100% recommend Repco Wollongong

Got swindled, went to buy a battery for my car, i had the correct battery in my hands and the retail assistant convinced me that a different battery would fit, which it didn't. They can be happy refunding me tormorrow

The lady who was working there was so kind and was patient with delivery issues that occurred while delivering to their POPshop. Excellent customer service.

The specials that Repco has are usually stellar deals. It's very worthwhile checking their catalogue every now and then.
The car park to this one is a little awkward to enter and leave, butnthe store is great and the sales staff are some of the most helpful and kind iveever seen. A real local store.

Rude staff. The bald guy there has a major attitude problem. I asked for advice on what oil I needed which annoyed him and he told me he wasnt sure, I explained last time I was here they checked it with my rego numbers which said they couldn't do. Then told me a was wrong and repco doesn't do that. I rang the sutherland store and asked the same advice, I was asked my rego and then was given advice on which oil to buy.

Bad experience. Karen was very rude and her humiliating and maybe even racist. The other staff are professional.
