Be careful when entering this carpark there is a dilapidated island at the entry that damages alot of customers tires and cars.they have no interest in fixing or maintaining it! Some car care shop!

They don't seem to carry much stock on the retail floor. Probably best to check online or call beforehand.

You always get acknowledged as soon as you walk in the store. The staff are very helpful and polite and go out of their way to find what you need. Highly recommend.

The staff at West Gosford were very helpful with my problem regarding my ute. Sharna went out of way to make sure the parts I purchased were the right ones for my model. I am very grateful for the assistance that received from her.

Terrible service from the 2 females at the desk on Thursday 6th Jan 2022, husband went in at 4.50pm just before they shut at 5. Was told by the lady at the desk "we don't have those", hubby looked up website and it says they did have in stock at that shop, went to go back in and they locked the door on him at 4.55pm, 5 min before actual close time, appauling service. And rude to shut and lock a door on someone before close time. Manager should look into this and his workers.

Worst service I have ever, ever received.
All I wanted to do i was spend money and the bloke behind the desk was deplorable. I will never set foot in this repco again!

Rude, over priced and click and collect orders take a long time, go to Supercheap auto for a better deal and better customer service

Bronwyn was super helpful when I went in to get a headlight replacement for my Kia Sportage. Nice and simple, excellent service!

I have been a regular customer at West Gosford store until today. I placed an online order and after pickup I checked at home and realised that they gave me the wrong paint. Went back to the store today and was confronted by the most clueless and nasty piece of work that I have come across in years. She proceeded to interrogate and blame me for the order stuff up with absolutely no evidence even though I told her that I took a screenshot of the order that I still had on my iPad which I had at home. The obnoxious Miss would however have none of it. In the end I said. ”Who cares, just exchange for the correct product or refund me the money, I did not come here to be abused by you.
I will certainly not return to that store again. Went down the road to Supercheap and bought what I needed there.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had, would never go back to there as have never been treated so badly, better off to go anywhere but there

Not sure what happened here. There used to be a lot of really knowledgeable staff, and the current lot are not too bright. I moved out of the area but spent a lot of time here a couple of years ago. My how things have changed. They must have got desperate for staff.

Great range of products, good prices and friendly staff, exactly what you expect from a Repco store.

The store is in a handy location, just before the Caltex service station with convenient parking, right outside the front of the store.
The staff have always been helpful and friendly on my visit's here.
