Very impressive, came for some simple globes, and left very educated. Flashy new auto parts across the road, but these guys are excellent

During the bad Delta Covid19 of 2021 Repco Waitara set up an excellent click & collect service to stop people from coming into close contact in their store. I have been a customer here since the 1980’s and have always found staff here to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Sure it’s a smaller style Repco but they have a great range of car accessories and spare parts. If they don’t have it in store they get it to you within a day.
Honestly I wish every retailer was like this.

Wonderful staff, really helpful. I bought up few polishes and didn’t realise about the online sale at that time.so I bought it online and went to return it and the staff without any hustle helped me with that!

Great selection of stuff. Easy parking outside. Pity they charged me double the special price on the windscreen wash additive. Advertised for $2.50 but they charged me $5.

When items on sale, good value for DIY. Like motorist association discount. Click collect works good.

Young chap was super helpful today in helping to select and fit new wipers, providing top tips for the future. Not on life, but with tackling wiper assembly.

The best staff work on the weekends. You get the knowledgeable (but sometimes jaded and unhelpful) old-timers doing full-time hours during the week, but you get the very helpful and friendly casuals on the weekend.
If you know what you want and want great service, go on the weekend. If you are uncertain, need something special ordered in or really need knowledgeable help, go during the week.
Only downside for the weekend is you get a lot of people with nothing better to do hassling the staff, wasting their time and yours while you wait in line, don't be one of those people.

Went a few weeks ago was treated very poorly. I also saw a young worker I believe Daniel bullying a blonde girl in there, was not impressed at all won't be going back there till they get some profession staff!

Ordered 3 items online on a Saturday morning and it was on the doorstep in an hour and a half. Now that is awesome service!
