7I was told an item would be available Tuesday morning and when I arrived was told, they have one at Forster store, 40 minutes away.
The staff make or break a business, and I have found the staff helpful and friendly, so I return.
Sadly not open on Sunday, but with so much competition around I can see why.
Always helpful. Didn't have my part but got it over night. Repco always seems to have the parts I need.
Unfriendly, unenthusiastic service attitude coupled with lack of available stock mean I won't be using this store again. Will try their competitors instead from now on.
Best service I turned up before eight o'clock there opening hours and the guy who opened up let me in and served me before they were suppose to be open brilliant service
A MASSIVE thankyou to the owner of repco port Macquarie and Taree. After having a part on my car break while being away (3.5hrs from home) and being a sunday we rang everywhere chasing the part and nowhere had it. The owner of the port store offered after closing the shop at port he then drove to taree to open on a Sunday arvo and get the part he had in stock at that store which then enabled us to drive home. Thankyou so much for going out of your way on a sunday arvo to help us. It was truly appreciated. Customer service second to none! Will 100% recommend to EVERYONE.
