Useless staff. Called up to double confirm a part was in stock. Travel for over an hour and to my surprise they didn’t even have it in stock. Waste of time
Bought item, tried item. Couldn't return item because it was out of packaging.

We have been using Repco as our trade auto parts supplier for many years. They are the perfect business partner as they have a complete understanding of what a workshop needs. Their pricing is competitive, and service is exceptional. The manager Mat & Tasha are always willing to go above and beyond.
I would highly recommend this store. Matt is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to help with your needs. Parts and everything else is a great price. This is my go to for all my auto needs
Excellent service and know-how! The customer service is unlike anywhere that I've been for auto parts. Turns out that they are car enthusiasts like myself and very keen to help me find exactly what I've needed every time. They seemed to be under the pump last time I visited the store, but the little time waiting is worth it. I think sometimes, if you enter a premises with the right attitude, you get amazing responses and service! Thanks, guys. I can't really faulter you.
I must admit being a novice to Cars and needing help finding the right pieces, The staff at Repco St. Peters have to be some of the most uninterested, unhelpful and rudist people to work in Customer Service.
Not only after giving my first staff member my rego to search for items for my car. I was given wrong items, which I couldve paid for with every exhale that staff member made while "helping" me.
Then to add insult to injury, the elder man who again felt like I was hurting him personally to help me, when returning the wrong products.
I shouldnt complain though, after 3 visits to this store. And finally being acknowledged by staff members is a huge plus compared to some of these other reviews.
But save yourself some time.
Go Elsewhere.the staff at this place have less personality than a morgue.
To the manager of the St Peter’s store. Where is your professional courtesy? Firstly to be staunchly told to put a mask on with no eye contact and you casually talking on your mobile phone. I should’ve left then! After flashing my medical exemption, then for your other staff member to question me where my mask was shows that your all so out of step with the soon to scrapped Covid measures! Put your Customers first again and this strange obsession with my health last!

Placed an order for delivery during lockdown. One item was missed. Contacted Matt at Repco St Peters and the delivery driver brought the missed item two hours later. WELL DONE to both of you and thank you!
Similar experience to others. Served by one of the gentlemen during lockdown and you can tell he couldn't care less. Felt like he just kept trying to get rid of me and also had an attitude problem. These people should not be allowed to work here or should only be in back office.
Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. Ordered roof racks with the assistance of the staff member, they arrived a month later and didn’t fit. Re ordering the correct ones and then actually receiving them was the most frustrating customer service experience I’ve ever had. This shop has no idea how to help customers, manage customers or provide the correct service. Go to a different store.

I simply wanted to purchase some silver spray paint and they simply weren’t interested in helping me as much as possible making my time in store awkward and uncomfortable.
One man - who eventually served me - was patient - Clint was pleasant but the 2 other men were totally grumpy, and shouldn’t have anything to do with customers.
NEVER going there AGAIN - Go to another location.
Very clean spaced out shop, has everything you need. I used shop at Mascot store, not sure why it closed?
A fairly big store with lots of spare part products. One really needs to call beforehand or check out the website for stock availability, otherwise could just be a Sunday drive.

My car's brakes are leaking and here I can find the cheapest brake fluid. Now I have one 1 liter bottle and one half litter. My car is Mazda 626 1993 2.0 model
