Always get what you need here. However, there always seems to be a shortage of staff on the floor, rather than having to go right to the rear of the store.

Store is well presented, prices are good. The service was ordinary not terrible but not exactly warm, welcoming or friendly.

Customer service there is terrible. One person decides to just chat away to a customer and not handling the phones which were constantly ringing when I went there last week. Unprofessional and lazy. Not everyone there is bad but some of them need to be retrained in customer service.

I came here to buy some brake pads for my car. The support people at the back were very helpful to find the correct pads for my car.

The customer service at this centre is absolutely outstanding! The two different men who have served me both times when I've come in, have gone completely out of their way to find what I'm after. I will definitely be making this my go to store. Thank you guys so much. Keep up the great work

Most of the items are price competitive and good quality. Helpful staffs mostly but I had a very unhelpful day in their store. I guess the guys were not up to the task on that particular day.

I bought a pro rack rook rack set up. It had 4 missing rubber pads. Scott who served me could not have been more helpful. He chased up the supplier,
Organised the parts delivery and I had them 2 days later. Thanks again for your help Scott, will definitely be shopping here again for my auto needs

Helpful staff. Layout is easy to navigate. Decent selection with price variation to suit your budget.

Stuff not experienced enough or careless. Bought an engine oil cap for my car. But it was wrong cap. Oil spread all over the Bonet.

Went in today and the 2 guys that served me were great. Helped me get the correct wiper blades and showed me how to put them on with no problem so I could do it myself.

Super nice and helpful people. Also they can be way cheaper then other shops. Make sure you always do your research on prices. If i didn't go to Repco, i would have spent 180 to 220 instead of 130 to 150.
So well done on honest pricing.

Went there a few months back, looking for replacement battery for my car key. The guy that served us had exceptional customer service, helping us to not only find it but replaced the battery for us, which mind you, was no easy feat. He was also friendly and professional. Was a relatively brief interaction but left an impression. Can't remember his name, might have been Mark.

I was able to get the battery I needed for my car.

Ordered an item which was meant to be in stock. It was a clearance item but the store had a miscount and had to order from another store. There were issues in supplying the item (it took a few weeks and a bit of chasing).

The positive is I found Martin to be very empathetic and helpful in resolving a problem by taking ownership and thinking outside the box. Whilst I'm disappointed in the initial experience, the issue once identified was promptly resolved.

I would continue to shop here and still would recommend them. I just hope they can make improvements to internal systems to be prevent issues in the future.

I spoke with Danny at the back area looking for black metallic touch up paint for my wheels.
He gave me all the time in the world and you can feel the real genuine honest advice.
Very rare to find such great honest customer service.

Bad customer service, waited a good 10 minutes at the customer help desk and two staff both on the phone ignoring the customers who are at the shop. Waste of time, not going back there again

For all your auto needs. Massive new store. Staff very helpful and fast customer service at the counter.

I would like to say I visited this store to pick up a 20 litre of oil as I am 66 years old Martin the team member carried the drum of oil to my car fantastic service thankyou Martin your a credit to repco

I called and spoke with Scott about my new Repco brand car battery charger. He was extremely friendly over the phone and gave me all the time in the world to problem solve the issue. He also had great customer service when I met him in person. That type of service from Scott is much needed in the retail market.
Issue solved.

Good that they're next to that other auto shop so it limits your chances of not finding what you need once there.
