Repco Kellyville

Rude staff in the parts department. I shop at a different store but my local of was of stock so I came across to Castle Hill store. As a trade account member I was spoken to rudely and will not be recommending this store to anyone else. Just because I am young does not mean I am incompetent as a tradesmen. Felt very disrespected.

Great service, had what I needed, never a drama, but I always come with the right info etc. My purchases are seemless. Great team!

So impressed with the service received today! Ric greeted me and helped me with everything- from finding the coolant right for me by checking my car, filling it up for me and even being a gentleman by carrying my 10L adblu to the car for me. Definitely coming back. Thanks again, Ric!

Very surprised that the only recommended engine oil they had was a six litre bottle. The car takes four litres so a third would have been superfluous to my needs. It took the assistant ten minutes to find that one and no other oil. My car is a Hyundai, i30, SR, not an uncommon vehicle. Bought my oil 50mtrs away at Supercheap.

Amazing customer service today, greeted by 2 gentleman with a nice greeting and asking if they can help with anything. Nice work and not something to experience everyday

Spoke with an older man, he was very condescending and rude. He did provide me with the product i was after but decided to go with supercheap auto as they were more friendly.

Went to the store today looking for a part. The lady at the counter ‘Melinda’ was quite rude and abrupt when I wasn’t quick to rattle off part numbers off the top of my head. Clearly had no basic knowledge of parts associated with motoring. I won’t be going back.

Great service, went in for a click and collect and was greeted almost as soon as I walked in. Very efficient. Parking can be tricky as the home centre is popular.

Huge selections of car tools and assessories. Service is good. Staffs are knowledgeable and helpful.

The staff, especially Ric, were absolutely wonderful. So helpful and explained things so well without making me feel stupid. Thankyou! Will definitely be coming back for my car needs.

Long time Repco customer, will not be going back.was given the wrong oil for my car, manager refused to replace or issue a refund because the cap was opened once.

EDIT: something seems to have changed.unimpressed with recent service from the team here on more than one occasion.

Alec was fantastic helping me find the correct rubber for my trucks wiper blade and installing it as I had trouble finding the right rubber at previous stores.

I recently did an online order and was absolutely amazed at how they were able to deliver within 40 minutes.

Worst experience, staff the Old guy ask me to bring physical part to get the exact one, I showed the photo and part number, more on that he ask other staff not to help me which was really shocking. What the h.ll
Its Covid time man when other businesses preferring online transactions as much as possible this guy insisted me to bring physical part.
Anyway bought it hassle free from supercheap auto, very helpful staff and service.

Great store and excellent staff. Rick was so knowledgeable and very help he came out to the car park and check out what parts were needed. Also orders parts from another store close by and arrange the pick up for me. Rick and the store are the best around the Hills area. Thanks again

Good range of weekender products & reasonable range of parts for common cars although since Repco is owned by a multi-national now days, their prices on parts has sky rocketed which the staff will admit to but in most cases, even trade price is still high compared to a local parts specialist. Ford Falcon wheel bearing Repco brand is $117 where as Kelpro or CBC $75 & $86 respectively. That is $42 & $31 difference. This is the same with everything I compared, often with bigger margins in Repco's favour. I really don't get it as surely it will lead to sales problems. They do have good sales on lubricants and their detailing products from time to time but I have stopped buying parts from there simply due to cost. Repco used to be a wonderful Australian success story but sadly, another one goes the way of the offshore big businessman.
