Our windshield wiper decided to clock out (and by clock out I mean do some origami on itself) on us mid ride home when it was absolutely pouring but Steve really came to the rescue and fixed it for us. Steve if you’re reading this you’re the real one

Great staff and customer service, bought a new headlight bulb, the bloke came out and fitted to car, didn't charge to do it either! Highly recommended.

They're no longer doing ebay pick ups but it was pretty poor service getting my parcel from there, bordering on rude. There seemed to be some odd resentment that I was picking it up from there even though ebay gave me them as the pickup point.
No phone call or message notifying me it was there, no ID check when I picked it up.

Super lovely and helpful staff who went above and beyond to help find the right bolt to get us out of a pickle.

Also small but quality selection of hot wheels.

Needed new wiper blade inserts. The salesperson was very obliging and fitted them expertly. Great service and good stock.

Told the guys that my battery had died and couldn't work out how to get to them without a car. They put in the delivery car and delivered it with a trade delivery they were making past my place - not a normal service they offer. Absolutely beyond what I've come to expect from customer service now days. They actually care about the customer, empathise with your situation and go above and beyond to help you out.

I needed a battery powered jump starter to help out a son with a 3 month old baby. Got it home only to find the item was wrongly described on the box. Repco very graciously sorted out the issue. Highly recommend this outlet.

Friendly local staff who will go out of their way to help has been my experience at this Repco over the years. The most recent example of this was Ian somehow managing to magic me in a new starter motor with only a few hours notice. Made a big difference to tight schedule involving flights for work. Thanks guys!

Excellent service and advice. I was able to pick the brains of the sales people over the phone, zap into town and collect the part and replace the brakes in my car with their help.

Horrible service! The were very rude and unfriendly! They also fiddled around restocking shelves while there were people waiting! PATHETIC!
