31They don’t want to serve anyone! Waiting there for a while, another customer came up. Has a conversation with him about customer service. 4 staff members having a chat and no one wanted to serve at the register. Ended up putting the stock back and walked out to super cheap who were very helpful. Not the first time I had to go through with this. Won’t be back. They don’t want customers.
Repco are fine, I bought a set of tools from them, they were great and I was most impressed with the quality as they weren't overpriced.
BUT I bought a 12 pack of micro fibre cloths: they are NOT micro fibre cloths
So. I will have to return them,
as I had planned on giving my car a polish and took a day off work for nothing
But knowing how good repco are I'm sure I'll get my money back.

Had all the gear to overhaul front brakes and hubs except a 2 1/16in socket for my LR discovery.
Bad customer service. I have bought a millwaukee impact tool kit. They gave me another tool set without torch. They misguided me?
I would have liked it if the girl I spoke to had a look to see if the part was there instead of just assuring me that it should be there. Organised a friend to call over, run me to Repco, Part not there. REALLY REALLY MAD
They did not have the item that there web site said they had in stock. Very unhelpful staff. They would rather stand around talking to each other than helping customers waiting at the service counter.
Poor customer service by one of the blokes who attended me. Really bad attitude, i felt offended with the way he had treated me. Will ensure avoiding him whenever i see him behind the counter next time.
Worst customer service. Stood at the counter waiting to be served for 10mins I gave up and went elsewhere
Didn't have After Pay in store.
So you had to order online then go to the store.to pick it up.
Crazy. I didn't bother going back.
All the staff at this store are great, in particular seano! His customer service is A1 and help with parts and help in some situations I've been in with the car my go to store!
Useless.
I ordered a weathershield and when I went to pick it up it wasn't what I ordered.
The guy tried to tell me it was what I ordered, I explained to him it wasn't.
A woman came over and joined in.
I showed them a picture of what I ordered.
The woman went and checked the computer and came back and told me they no longer stock the part I wanted.
I checked the next day and saw that the part I ordered was now 15% off.
How can they take 15% off something they allegedly don't stock?
I sent them an email voicing my frustration and heard nothing back.
Then they send me an email wanting a review.
So I sent a review. I then got another email stating they can't use it.
Obviously because I wasn't singing their praises.
There are a lot of far more professional parts outlets around so I won't be back.
They do not seem worried when you walk in covered in grease, also one lad went the extra service to drop off a filter for me when my car was crippled and I could not get over there.
The customer service in this place is impeccable. The dudes are bloody awesome. I've got what I needed every time and never had a reason to complain about a thing.
Easy going staff made easy to get what I need to do the job. Knowledgeable staff takes the hassle of finding the right spare part to do the job right the first time.
Staff were polite and helpful. Good product knowledge and able to suggest where I could get an item they did not have. Really nice group of people.
Staff very friendly, helpful. Went 'above and beyond' with service. Will definitely shop her for all my auto needs. Thank you.
Brought some belts and oil at COB, Jake went above and beyond to help us out and make sure that we had the right part numbers,
Didn't rush us. We couldn't be happier

Called through to see if they had a number plate relocation bracket to fit on my 4x4 didn't have it in stock but jumped online took the time to help and said they could organise something for me. Unfortunately I'm on a time limit otherwise would havetaken them up on the offer. Supercheap your treated like a ghost could take a few tips from these guys.

I'm in there quite often as it's close to work and I work on cars a lot. I must say that there service needs work. 3 people out back chatting and I'm looking in circles for some help then 7 minutes later someone serves me. Then I had to wait another 5 minutes at cashiers for someone to take my money. Now this has happened last 3 times. Well getting served anyway. And last 2 times with cashiers. Now if your in a hurry, I suggest Rutherford branch. At least 2 people serving customers at all times and someone out the back where at green hills one serving and rest out the back
