Repco Coffs Harbour

Checked online and it said they had a part instock I drove from Grafton to Coffs to get it and the excuse was that it was ordered in for another customer that’s why it said it was instock left there empty handed with my car broken down

Just got off repco customer service and, spoke to, BRAIDEN, I was looking for my order, wow everything I needed he solved my problem, five star, thank you very much.please repco.give him a raze or make a manger. David

I would give it half a star if I could,
I ordered a tow bar set up kit through repco, had it delivered to these guys, they gave me the wrong part, and refused to refund me with the right part.
Absolutely disgusting service,
Clueless in the way they communicate and handle situations that are like this.

I will not being going back and I’ll be telling others to use a different automotive company to get their parts through.
The woman who still wears a mask there is incredibly miserable and needs to learn about customer service. Saying things like- “we can argue all day but this is the way it is”

And -
“it isn’t our fault cause you ordered it online”

Great location beside the main north highway, along with the availability of off-street parking, makes it incredibly convenient. What sets it apart is the quick, helpful, and hassle-free service they provide.

Went into Repco coffs today with my teenage daughter and our male teenage friend from QLD. We purchased spark plugs and the guy serving us was very unfriendly and spoke to us like we were second class citizens who interrupted him. He was rude to our friend when he was helping me explain what I was needing, I know nothing about cars. He spoke to us with a huge chip on his shoulder. A friendly smile, welcoming manner and being pleasant is a fundamental part of just being a nice person. Do better!

Had to go and get windscreen wipers. Staff were very helpful and thorough. They even fitted the new wipers when I couldn't figure it out myself

Extremely rude staff were not helpful in anyway, told them what I was looking for and was told to find it myself. Will never shop here again

Fried my starter motor in my 25 year old Nissan 4x4. Repco in Coffs Harbour actually had the 2 different style of starter motor in stock. They were the only one willing to help and had the 2 starter motors delivered to the mechanic before I got there.

Pro tip! If a customer is standing at the counter it shouldn't take 4 staff to look, then look away to realise to serve them. Only to get someone to cut the line and get help. Wonder why folks buy online? !

Thank you team for the awesome service. Taking a lot of time to sort my part and get it to coffs ASAP. Always a pain getting parts when your on the road. These guys went over and above

Great auto parts store and great customer service.is at homebase, very convenient plenty of parking on ground level wheelchair accessible.

Poor customer service. I wandered around as the only one in the store looking for what I needed. 3 staff were huddled around a computer at the front, did not make eye contact. Because I couldnt find what I needed I had to go and ask the guy (again he did not look up) I said "are you free to help or are u really flat out" he replied with "give me 2 seconds" I then asked where the item was and he then pointed me to it and I said "sorry to have bothered you" I seemed to be an inconvenience so I left the store without making my purchase.

Roslyn and Michael are always very helpful and knowledgeable and will go out of their way to get the parts in a prompt fashion if they are not in stock. Prices are always highly competitive. Thank You to the whole team for always doing such an outstanding job.

Only place i know that prices are so over the top rip offs even when its on special the prices at the competitors at full price is still cheaper

Actually my favourite shop in Coffs. Staff always approach you and ask to help; didn't get her name but girl with black hair and glasses went way out of her way to help me find some tools suited for my application. Thanks guys!

Website lies about stock availability. 100% untrustworthy based on this alone. Travelled 168km based on the website saying it's available just for the store to be confused about it. Sad.

Broke down on trip and went for spares.guys wouldn't lend a hammer and was told that's not there policy, so I had to buy it to walk 20mtr to use it once.slack

The young woman who served me here today (Sharon) was so helpful and pleasant that in future I will drive right across town just to shop at Repco Home Base.

Placed order on phone repco said they would put aside drove 1.5hrs to pick it up got told they had sold it 30mins before i got there. So then i asked staff what radio plug i needed and brought it drove the 1.5hrs home and it does not fit.

Joseph Wadler you forgot to mention that the plug doesn't fit the free stereo that Repco Coffs harbour had given you for your inconvenience which you obviously aren't greatful for.
But anyway I have just gone through all your latest reviews and you come across as nothing as a professional whinger so climb back down your burrow, you wombat and give a proper review that the Repco Team at Coffs harbour deserve.
