Atrocious experience, the manager whatever he is couldn't even bother to assist a new staff who I made my enquiry about a front suspension component.
Then manager tells me my part no longer exist.
As a matter of fact, I headed to Auto One and I was able to buy the part.

The man in the store gave excellent advice and assistance in purchasing products. I am very impressed. I will be returning to the camperdown branch again.

Just had the absolute best experience with these guys today. Jack and Scott over the phone were super helpful and friendly and really knew their stuff. Ordered what we needed online after checking they had stock in store and then went in to pick the 2 x Tie Rod ends for our Mitsubishi Mirage. They could not have been nicer or more well mannered. Awesome experience and super appreciate the amazing service guys.

Scott was only learning to be a Repco Crew Member, but he was very helpful & was great at learning on the job.

Went here to get a wiper blade for my car and the guy behind the counter was super helpful and even came out and fit the blade for me as I was not familiar with how to get it out and new one put in. Was out of there in ten mins with new blade on thanks to the staff here. That’s great service and not something they needed to do. Appreciate it and will be back for other parts in the future.

Went to Repco Camperdown to replace windscreen wiper blades. The sales guy came outside to see my car, took the wipers off, replaced the blades, and hooked them back on for me in the pouring rain. Unexpectedly amazing service! Thank you Repco!

No matter what you need automotive, the staff here can sort you out with the right parts and accessories the first time. One of the best Repco stores in Sydney who are always willing to go beyond the call of duty.

Went in to purchase some new wiper blades. The assistant went above and beyond. He noticed that the blades were bent causing the smears (funny how I'd been charged for new blades 3 years in a row by a mechanic). Great job. Thank you.

Was given the wrong engine oil filter resulting in me being stranded for half a day. Things like this happen but the store took zero accountability for their mistake.

All the staff are extremely helpful. But I want to give a big shout out to James from the Camperdown store. He went that extra mile with customer service by putting the wipers on my car. Repco James is an asset to your company because of his friendly helpful can do attitude.

Shout out to Dieter (hopefully I spelt that right) and James! For their great customer service on Friday. You guys were legends thanks for helping us girls out.

Called for parts on a Saturday morning looking for ceramic fuses, no answer. Went in person an hour later and there's 3 employees chatting to each other behind the counter. After about 5 minutes one of them asks if I need help but has no idea about fuses and can't help "just what we have on the shelf". Terrible service, this is why people are moving to online shopping

Ok with their customer service have been here few times and they’re very cooperative finding what I’m looking for stores not too much of things your after as they have a selective range and is small not like other branches around syd overall 4 out of 5

Click and collect due to covid, you guys are exceptional, I needed a few extra things and the team went straight back in to fullfill my order. Thanks guys appreciate it
