36 I highly recommend repco Bankstown I had bought some parts for a Hyundai which were unsuitable although nothing wrong with them but they were incompatible with my car as they’re aftermarket which I had them on the car for almost 8 months but they were incompatible as I needed genuine parts which I bought they refunded me the full amount which I wasn’t even expecting I thank you Chris (manager) and Michael carayani (area manager) very much for your help it is much appreciated

Decent auto offerings at competitive prices, especially with the auto card discounts. Staff not as knowledgeable as other stores.
The staff are highly knowledgeable and they have a wide range. What they don't have in store can be ordered in within a few days.
Lidcombe branch thanks heaps. Chased down a dashcam for me when it was on special. No one in greater Sydney had one
What a ridiculous place, waiting for nearly 15 minutes to check out. Everyone saw me, but no one came to check out.racial discrimination
The staff are extremely helpful and are extremely knowledgeable. If they don't have, they'll find it for you! Very friendly and respectful, loved the experience.

Some customer service staff are helpful in person but has poor customer service in phone. Lazy to answer questions if no order number in hand even if they can just check name and contact details of customer and wouldnt inform ordered item has arrived need to call couple of times and remind.
Wish they knew more about Cars?
Like I asked them for Spark Plugs they told me they had for my 1977 Chrysler Charger Big Block 400R and got 2 Sets Trusted them but they were for a 318 Chrysler Small Bkock lost my money!
The guys at Bankstown are prompt, give good advice and always deliver on time, with knowledgable information on delivery times.
This shop is a little tired and i feel like staff here are forced to work. They always seem to be understaffed and inconvenienced by customers coming in.
Stay away. They don’t want to know about your needs, don’t even listen to what you have to ask, they just say they can’t help.more like the tools don’t want to help.

Appalling service. Online delivery order was missing 4 items. I rang the store and was advised that the missing items would be sent. 3 days later and still nothing. I rang the store again and was advised that as this was a Saturday, the fellow I spoke to earlier in the week was not in and that I would have to ring to speak to him again on Monday - he was not even in the slightest interested in resolving the store's errors. Fair Trading is now involved.
Very rude young blonde man working at this Repco store. I know nothing about cars and needed help with a new wiper. He was very smug answering with only one word answers. When I asked if he could look at my wiper to check that it was the right one before I purchased (as they did not have the original wiper needed in stock), he just said “no” and stared blankly instead of explaining why this wasn’t an option if it possibly went against some store policy.
Very strange concept of “customer service” from this employee.

Worst customer service experience I've had in a long time. I received zero communication from the store manager when trying to follow up a delivery order I had placed. Life appears to be all too hard for this clown.
The order had been apparently lost in transit. He thought it was reasonable for me to accept the inconvenience from that. I requested an instore pick up instead, as it had already been 12 days waiting. Mysteriously, the store had no stock. I requested a refund.
Repco asked me to do a review for their website. I gave them 3 stars and said it was because their click and collect took weeks and took 20 minutes in store for them to find it. They then said they wouldn't publish my review.
They are doctoring their own reviews. Lost another star from me.
Very average service in-store and online orders are never fulfilled as quickly as the Repco website promises.
I had an order which was unexpectedly cancelled without reasoning despite having a conversation with the store manager that it would be fulfilled. I shop elsewhere now.
Online orders are not ready in 30min as advertised
They never have the online products in store, even if it says they're in stock on the website. When you ask about it they're baffled. "what product? Can i see it on your phone? ". Mate, you have a 20inch screen blocking your view towards me, and you want me to show you your own website on my phone? !? !?
. 5 min later. Oh, sorry, we don't have that in stock.but let me sell you this other product that costs more than twice the price

Just shocked at how little they stocked. Things I thought would be pretty basic regards card.didn't sell them!
