Did click and collect. Website said both items were in stock. They refund only 1 item, no explainer. I wouldn't bother driving all the way for the second tiny item worth a couple dollars.absolutely useless system. Either call me or refund it all. Fix your website stocking system.

Broke down next to their carpark, (flat battery) asked the lady of I could get a jump start or lend me a machine to start my car.her response was no, and that I have to purchase a machine. Luckily a Kiwi gentleman helped me jumpstart my car.

Great old fashion service the staff member that served me was a car mechanic by trade who came out to the car park & checked that I was buying the correct part & they reminded me to use my nrma card for a discount.

I been to Minchinbury Repco for buying a spark plug and the required one was not available. But the staff managed to arrange one from the nearby Repco by calling them and reserving. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Keep it up buddy

The boys they have working there don't know anything about cars and keep bullying the woman telling them to do their jobs. Feel sorry for that chick. Hope she finds some better men in that company. I heard em being racist to some islanders and middle eastern people too. I will never come here again. My children don't need to hear this they get enough of it at school. Sad. I thought Repco was better than this.

The nicest most helpful workers. Decent prices. And NRMA customers get 20% off when showing members card.

Great Staff always there to help you and get you out of trouble. Good specials on oils etc. Highly recommend.

Snap lockdown so front is blocked off and I came to collect an item for friend all paid for. The girl out the front is dealing with an issue as best she can, no other staff in sight, 5 people waiting arms crossed looking glum, queue not going anywhere. Fresh Customers turning up and leaving. I just decided to go home without product. A bit of waste of time. So allow yourself a lot of time when you collect. They could be ok, no idea.

Poor service call them for help they just hang up the phone and being very very rude recommend not want to go there there

Although not my closest store, I ordered parts last Sunday night & were delivered to my front door by 9.30 the next morning.
Now, that is what I call great service, very happy. First time ordering parts online as I usually attend in person, but due to Sydney lockdown I had no other choice. Well done team!

Most staff here are good.there is one guy who's very rude. Other than that good store.

Wonder how they will fare when new autobarn store opens next door with the rudeness of that one spare parts guy.

Been using this store for 5 yrs now. Found them Highly professional, flexible, they sometimes go out of their comfort zone to help you out, especial mention to Georgia and Mitchell. Will keep doing business with them and will even recommend. Proud to be part of their clients.

Staff so friendly and helpful. They definitely know their products. Priced well. Wish they had supercars merchandise seeing as they are now a main sponsor.
