Fast repair and had the phone ready to collect as promised, and the phone has been working perfectly since repair (a few months now). Ross also didn't charge any extra to replace the rear camera with one that I had previously purchased from ebay. Cost was also comparable to others, but it was his time to repair that made me choose Tech ResQue. Definitely recommend.

I went to Tech ResQue today (1.12.23) and was pleasantly surprised they had a replacement battery for my MacBookPro 15" 2015 model. Ross, the Manager, literally took minutes to replace my over-bloated battery and quickly slipped a new battery in, quick as a flash. On the way, he air squirted the interior fans, and made a clean sweep of a job.
Top marks to Ross and Tech ResQue! Fast, friendly customer service and deft fingers make a good job. Plus a good little conversation thrown in.

Put in my iPhone 6SPlus for screen replacement. Picked "High Quality" screen (Crazy SKU: BQ7-6SP-BLK), and it has been performing as good as the original in appearance and responsiveness. It was all completed within ~30minutes, and they threw in a significant protection product for free. Their website indicates they source OEM parts, but the engineer on the day did mention the screen is not OEM. Nevertheless, it was sufficient and we are satisfied.

Brutally honest staff. I took my water damaged phone and it's new replacement screen as I was told by other shop that it need new screen. These guys spent hours trying my phone bring back to life but phone's board was damaged beyond repair. After trying everything they return me new screen along with phone and didn't charge me a dollar. Phone was unrepairable but doesn't mean they didn't spent 2hours working on it. Appreciate their honesty. Will highly recommend

Fantastic service. My son's very badly damaged iPhone (completely smashed screen) was fixed, good as new, in only 30 minutes!

I needed to replace a cracked IPhone screen; the initial repair was prompt, seamless and looked great.
Some months later however after heavy rain in Sydney; some moisture permeated the IPhone and stopped all of the IPhones functions; after discussion with Repair Xperts the IPhone was repaired and fully restored functioning was achieved; a great relief and highly recommended company!

Fast, caring, professional and efficient service. I highly recommend this shop. My mobile phone screen was completely damaged. It took less than an hour for the repair. The shop was well stocked and had the additional screen protector for my older model phone. Most importantly, I really appreciated the kindness shown by Neha. At a time when mobile phones are needed all the time, QR code check-ins, Covid Vaccination Certificates, public transport timetables etc it was stressful not having a working phone. The fast and kind service was very reassuring.

A little pricey but very efficient. My screen was fixed within 30 minutes! Very convenient if you're willing to spend for great, quality service.
