Do not go here for screen replacements! They are bad quality even the “better” quality one you pay for is rubbish.

I got my iPhone 12 plus screen replaced and paid extra for better quality then 6 months later it started showing black lines through it and top right hand side of my is black. I brought my phone in as it is still under warranty but they said it is my fault and I have to pay to get it replaced again. I mean if it was cracked then I would agree but it’s an internal fault. I don’t even understand how l could have done this myself out of nowhere when l take such good care of my phone and never drop it. It is definitely a faulty screen l got given and they just want the money.

They will try get out of fixing or replacing it and say they will give a discounted price for a brand new screen instead.

Please do yourself a favour and do not go here to replace your screen. You are better off paying double where they will cover faults in your warranty period.

Poor quality, new screen also miss touch. Also, after 3 months the new battery broken again! Do not come here!

I went to many phone shop for Samsung S10e cash and tempered glass but no shop have it but this shop have with full tempered glass, with great quality and excellent customer service by Alija.highly recommended

The phone repair at Repair Xperts at Burwood was very quick and the staff member who served us Alija, explained exactly what we needed, and the cost, all the while being friendly and patient with us. Compared to another repair store visited, the price was much better! Thanks heaps!

I had issue with my mobile charging and volume. I went to the Burwood store at Westfield.
I was prepared to leave my phone for a few hours or longer for repairs.
I was attended to by Hayden, he was very friendly and welcoming.
He had my issues resolved within a few minutes.
He certainly is a professional and provided excellent service.

I dropped my phone and completely broke the screen a few days out from Christmas when I really needed it. Hayden and Ranjita were efficient and professional. I don't think I spent more than 10 seconds waiting. Hayden fixed my phone in 30 minutes! He was also $50 cheaper than the other quote I received. Can't recommend this service enough.

These guys really helped me out with my mobile repair. I was afraid of losing all my data because of the damage but they assured me a peace of mind and provided me such quality service. Throughout the process, they kept me informed with pricing and received my consent before taking matters in their own hand. After the service was complete, staff was nice enough to voluntarily suggest better programs I could use to help with keeping my data safe. Will definitely keep you guys as my repair to go!

I had my back camera screen repaired yesterday. The service was awesome, I really appreciated the time he took to check the issue with me and explain the repair. Repair was done quickly with no issues. Very much recommend their service.

I badly cracked my surface pro and dropped it off late in the evening. They were able to repair it by lunch the next day as I requested

They also installed a screen protector I had for free as well

Very poor customer service from Chatswood
Device is sent off to Burwood for service.
Chatswood didn't call back when they said they would. I left messages twice which weren't returned. I had to visit the Chatswood store again. The device had, purportedly, come back to Chatswood with no software solution working. I was asked, did I want it opened up? They could have asked me that over that over the phone whilst the device was still in Burwood and saved a couple of days just being moved around.
Just doesn't add up!

Getting very good Service. Specially Hayden is a very nice guy. And his customer service is osam. I really appreciate him.
