Filthy business!
I brought my laptop to ask them to install Windows and Microsoft Office. What they did to my laptop was installing a cheap version of Windows.
I went back to complain few times because internet hotspot did not connect to my phone. The girl worked there tried to fix it but it didn’t work. She and her colleague were very rude to me. She grabbed my phone and changed my hotspot password from my phone without even asking my permission.
What they ended up was giving some kind of external chips to stick in my laptop so it can connect with my phone.
Will never advise anyone to go there to fix your laptop or any kind of services because they will very rude to you when you made a complaint.
Staff were very professional, helpful and honest. They fixed my daughters water damaged Apple Mac Air at a very decent price. Went above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely be using them again if my family has computer issues in the future.

Practically robbed me of $500 with really bad work and false promises. Kept telling me he'd fix issues but when I got the PC back everytime it was worse. Tarek tells his siblings and all their friends to rate 5 stars so they can hide the bad reviews. The bad reviews are honest whilst all the 5 star reviews are usually friends and family of his.
Greedy owner has no word is not a man whatsoever.does horrible work and overcharges and lies with hidden fees.would not recommend unless you like bad work and daylight robbery
