Great platform to use. We were able to easily rent out our place and found the RentBetter platform super easy and useful.

I paid 199 package which says I can create and send lease and when I got the tenant and tried to create and send the lease it was asking for payment again.

Do not use this company.make sure you know what sorts of ads you are buying. When all others have ads at premium Service. You are buying for the ads can not been seen by search surrounding suburbs, which means almost there is no online traffic stop by your ads.

We have advertised with this company twice.first time we thought it is our timing as 10 opens almost no one comes for inspection.

Second time, same things happen now we know we are buying for standard poor position ads which other real estate agents do not use at all.as it is the poor poor position of online ads.

Very easy system to use. I have rented out my first investment property in less than a week with close o no cost.
Highly recommended if you are after an easy way to rent out your property.

The charges to manage a property in Perth is around 8-11%. With rentbetter it not even 1%. This is insanly cheap. I have redone the leases multiple times without even paying a single admin cost.

We have been using rent better for over a year and have had a great experience! Very good support, we have been dealing with staff member Dan from the start. Great at explaining the setup, and was super helpful. The platform is intuitive and easy to use. Can't say enough good things!

Pretty poor all round. Website hard to navigate took $182 upfront and when I cancelled the plan 2 days later no refund for any months I had paid in advance. Avoid. No phone number to call when you have problems and when you send an email you never get a response. Use an agent instead at least they’ve got a number you can call
