My experience with Rent A Space has been suprising. Sein has managed my need for rental space in a most impressive manner.
He was extremely helpful in providing clear, detailed advice on the best space for my storage requirements, including insurance, rental time extension etc.
The availability of the little truck was a.much appreciated extra service.
My only complaint is that I have absolutely nothing to complain about.

A seamless experience from the boss, and then manager Tanya who my wife and I dealt with mostly, she explained everything and we cannot thank her enough for all her help and guidance she is a credit to the company. Absolutely first class service from Tanya the manager at Miranda. It’s a stressful time when relocating overseas and Tanya was on hand to provide information and to ensure a smooth transition from enquiry to satisfied customer! She responded to emails and phone calls and nothing was too much trouble. I know that my personal belongings will be safe and secure and I can call or email at any time. Highly recommend this facility and Tanya’s professional manner is an added bonus.

Absolutely disgusting experience. They tried to scam extra money out of me at quite literally every opportunity. I was shown different pictures of the space I was hiring than what was accurate (upon arriving I found the unit they opened for me had a slanted roof and was 50% less capacity than I had purchased/required) and upon my arrival with a full removal truck of stuff I was essentially strong armed into a storage unit double the size and double the price. I was sent incorrect invoices and statements on multiple occasions and when I disputed them was told that I cannot complete basic maths. In one instance I insisted that my amount was correct and when it was taken to the next level it turns out I was in fact correct. There was no apology, only passive aggression and rudeness. I was treated as a prospect to squeeze and scam money out of at every opportunity. I am not sure if it was the Miranda managers prerogative or a company wide policy to scam customers. The Miranda manager, and the woman I spoke to from ‘head office’ to sort out incorrect invoices, both spoke to me with immediate aggression and hostility. There was no escalation to that point that perhaps they may have got frustrated, no, they were IMMEDIATELY rude at every interaction. If you want to encounter aggression, dishonesty and scams at every turn, then by all means, go here, but if you like peace in your life then I advise you to go LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.

Nothing but superior customer service, attentiveness and genuine care offered by Tanya who runs the show Monday-Friday at Miranda! A well deserved mention to her. Clean and modern facility that is easy to use and navigate. Everything in working order and well maintained. Safe, secure and highly convenient!

We recently utilised this facility on a short term basis between moving house. The setup process was simple and efficient. We utilised the 2hr free truck
Hire to move our boxes which saved a fortune in removal costs and Eric the driver was an absolute gentleman. Access was ideal and the premises are safe and secure. Most impressive was the lovely lady who runs the facility, Tanya. Tanya was an absolute delight to deal with and couldn’t be anymore helpful, she truly runs the facility as if it was her own business. We also needed to purchase additional packing items during our move which we were able to purchase at the facility for reasonable prices also. A great experience and thank you once again to Tanya for all your help.
