They force you to provide a phone number in their general enquiry form just so that they can keep calling you up to harass you and get business from you. I wish they would stop all attempts at communication amd delete all my contact details as per my written request however the lady at the Chatswood centre keeps calling and leaving voicemails. It's very annoying and harassing to receive so many calls nearly every day from this branch despite a written request to cease communication. Sneaky way to get sales

I just put into my storage space and received the warm text message in 15 minutes. The security is so brilliant.

Pricing is steep bcoz of location.

She also engaged us to provide a future solution, enabling us to reduce our business costs. Rowena's customer service skill are exceptional. She was always pleasant and professional without fault. She has that natural ability obtain our requirements without being intrusive. Rowena's customer service made us feel welcome and valued as a new customer.

The facilities at Rent-a-Space are easily accessible ever after hours. They are clean onsite trolleys and pallet jack are in excellent condition and because the site is so clean they made the transfer of heavy materials simple and smooth.

We are moving to Japan but our daughter will return for Uni after a gap year in Japan so the problems around.what, where, how, cost, how long, to store stuff has been a real concern until I started dealing with Jemma @ Rent-a-Space.
Talk about knowing her stuff.
Immediately put us at ease, gave us lots of time, care & attention, with all the answers even for questions we did not know to ask.

Facilities- are great, clean, airy, bright & open.
Services / access- is very simple & open.
Prices - we have done a lot of comparisons & $$$ seem very competitive.
Great web site - clear & informative, one trick to note though - when offered a quote, you are able to accept the quote & they will hold the unit [ for a short while ]. We were not aware of that & I did not accept the initial quote knowing we had a few weeks before needing the unit. Hence when I emailed back, the unit had been taken.
Silly me.
However, we went in to do a site visit & Jemma did a great job finding us 2 small units to match the size of the one we missed out on.
All HAPPY now.
Highly recommend Jemma's service.
