Rent A Space Self Storage Burwood

I found the website and staff at Rent a Space very helpful. I was able to get a quotation on line and discussed / confirmed my requirements with the staff member who rang shortly after I submitted my request. I was able to book the complimentary truck and finalise my ‘paperwork’ in store a few days later (or I could have completed it online). I carted a few loads of pre-boxed stuff in my car and found the trolleys and goods lift very convenient. Our truck driver (Wayne) for the bigger items was on time, polite, and very helpful with operating the hoist on the truck while we were packing things into the truck. He was back at the store when we arrived to unpack ourselves into the store room and we were all done within our 2 hour window.
So far this has been a good experience and I would recommend Rent a Space to others.

Good security compared to other self-storage facilities in western Sydney. I was attracted to this after experiencing a distressing break-in at the Parramatta storage facility I'd previously used. Very efficient and friendly help from Pauline and Lucy in arranging a storage locker at Rent A Space Burwood, and great support from staff that made moving in easy.
