Renovation Kingdom

This store has absolutely everything you need for a bathroom renovation. Helpful staff are there to assist and the prices are very reasonable. We chose to pick up our order and the whole process was easy with good communication when the order was ready. I definitely would recommend Renovation Kingdom.

Extremely slow, poor communication. Product I ordered was discontinued. Took me two phone calls and two emails to find out.

Had some issues with my order but I appreciated the effort Craig at RK went to, to sort it out. Got what I ordered!

We purchased a corner vanity from Renovation Kingdom and found the whole process fault free and delivery of the vanity was outstanding. The unit turned up in 3 separate packages and securely packed. Thankyou

We are currently renovating our ensuite and bathroom and found that Renovation Kingdom have a great selection of good quality items available. We have strict constraints on available space, so contacted them for guidance. Justin was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional and was able to offer a suitable vanity and freestanding bath, both of which we really liked. When the vanity was delivered there was a fault with both the drawers. On reporting and providing photographs of the problem to Justin, he immediately lodged a warranty /replacement claim with the manufacturer. The manufacturer acted very quickly, replacing both the door and drawers which were fitted on site by their rep. Fantastic customer service by both parties. I can highly recommend Renovation Kingdom and would not hesitate to purchase from them in the future.

My order took twice as long to be ready. Delaying my renovation which was a Hugh inconvenience. Also things were missing from my order. Make sure you check your items. I was left waiting over an hour to pick my order up despite having called earlier so they could arrange it. Very un organised place

After posting this review the Renovation Kingdom sales manager phoned me to apologise and I was given a full refund.

Restocking fee charged unfairly. I ordered a matching set of bathroom accessories. I was informed that one item was discontinued. As I reasonably wanted all of the items to match I cancelled the entire order and was charged a punitive 20% restocking fee. The Restocking fee was not clearly advertised

My partner and I visited the Parramatta showroom and I have to say the sales consultant Claudia was amazing. Her genuine care, curiosity and attention to detail is second to none.

She mentioned completing an interior design degree, which made things so much easier for us as we are hopeless at matching items.
If you are looking for a consultant who is knowledgeable and has a genuine passion for the industry make sure you ask for Claudia. She went above and beyond for us.

I had previously posted about my challenges in getting a response from the company following problems which had arisen with our products (They arrived damaged) and the fact that they had arrived very late. Following my post, the company has been in touch and has now resolved the issues.

It appears they had technical and system issues in the background which impacted the communications we were having with them.

I judge a company on how it deals with problems as problems always arise. To their credit, they arranged replacement products for those damaged very promptly and had them delivered to us with no further inconvenience. Once the technical issues were resolved, their communication with us was very polite and professional and the issue resolution very prompt.

But for this hurdle, we are happy with the quality of the products.

I purchased a tempered glass sliding shower screen. It saved me at least $300. The installation instruction were unclear but Youtube provided me with the tips and tricks to get the job done. The delivery time for the item took over a month which made me think that the company was a scam but the product finally arrived.

Have been looking for bathroom renovation prices online. Bathroom Kingdom had what I wanted for a decent price.

Not only that, I made a mistake with the size of the vanity and mirror yet when I contacted them via email, nothing was too hard and I was contacted the next day with my request for a change given.

Great customer service, great prices! This is how you do business! I would highly recommend for your renovation needs. Instant communication, my email was actioned that night even though I had sent it after 6pm.

Purchased 2 basic Bathroom Items on Sunday 31/7 a Towel rack and Shower head. The Warehouse was not open on Sunday so was going to return during the week to Collect. But living on the northern Beaches to do this during the week is a 1.5 hour drive each way. 10/8 called and payed for the delivery of my items. Have followed up some minor issues the service manager was kind enough to call me back and all issues resolved!

Bought some gold taps and a few other bit for our bathroom. The taps look great and the service was good too. Smooth transaction and best prices around for quality big brand bathware.

I did not get what I wanted. They have sale, no stock available. They can't even tell for sure how long we have to wait for. Going to have to do your own plumbing without hiring one as you wouldn't know when the stock will be available.

Ordered what ended up being two pallets of bathware from Renovation Kingdom online. Could have been a little faster to get here (Tasmania) but communication was fine and products great quality. No complaints.
