Very professional service. Very friendly staff spent hours with us answering all our questions and gave us great suggestions on all our tap ware.

They have incredible variety of bathroom, toilet and probably kitchen tapware, sink with cabinet, bathtub, toilet seats etc.
Warehouse is around the corner, so you can pick up your items immediately.

Terrible customer service. They have absolutely no idea how to talk to customers. I do not recommend this company and I won't use them again.

Edit: Actually the delivery driver did not ask for my help initially, assuming you are talking about getting it from the truck to the lobby. His English was extremely poor and he seemed to communicate by only "grunting" single words like "you go", "you go". If that is him supposed to be asking for help I suggest you send him to English school.

Not sure either why he was prepared to take my items up the first set of stairs (outside) using a trolley but somehow when encountering the flight of stairs inside from the lobby to the first floor for which he could easily continue to use a trolly he shut down and decided he wouldn't do that.

With regards to "forcing" and "vanity almost falling on him". Let's be clear, I'm not responsible for how your delivery driver decides to move his goods, act and communicate. I did not "force" anyone to do anything. I did agree prior my email and phone to assist but if your delivery drivers fail to communicate what is expected and ask for assist in a clear way then then that is their fault. If you hire incompetent people that is not my problem.

I would also add that I deal with suppliers and trades all the time in my line of work and this is by far the worst and most unprofessional experience I have had with a delivery driver and speaking to a manager. No idea how to talk to customers. Completely unprofessional. Expectations incorrectly set from the outset and only made worse later rather than rectifying. To add insult to the injury it wasn't even free delivery, I was charged $90 delivery fee for that stressful fiasco!

I regret having anything to do with this company.

We purchased allot of items from Renvoation D in bankstown! The range is amazing and service was very friendly! We would recommend this business to every one!

My family has been going to Renovation D for the last six years. Two house renovations and one house build later and I always recommend Renovation D to all my friends who are also embarking on renovations. We've always had a really good experience and have found the products to be extremely good value for money. The made to measure cabinets look perfect and adds value to any home. The showroom is not fancy like those up-market overpriced kitchen places but the products Renovation D sell and produce is to an excellent standard and better value. I also note that all cabinets are made on site so they are Australian made. The store does get very busy on weekends so I recommend you go early in the day.

We have renovated four bathrooms and a kitchen using RennovationD products. Their prices are some of the best for the level of quality. Living on the North side of Sydney, it is great now the Artarmon showroom is an option. This showroom is well laid out and spacious. There is an excellent range. Under the building parking is great, as on-street parking is hard to get.

The staff are very helpful and very efficient, but don't expect luxe shopping treatment/customer service. Staff know their stuff, can guide to the right products, explain options and get you on your way to a better bathroom.

THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES! I bought a bath screen for $150 for a job. Didn't end up needing it. These crooks refused to take it back because packaging was damaged. DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE AS THEY DON'T BELIEVE NSW CONSUMER LAW APPLIES TO THEM. BETTER OFF GOING TO BUNNINGS.

Customer service here used to be great, but recently has gone down hill. The sales agent is unhelpful and is trying to make more sales than trying to help with product related issues and claims that products are now discontinued and they will no longer help even though sold through them. Photo of product shown in review has been replaced previously and is not having the same issue which they won't help with. Quality may be an issue from this business. I would 100% agree with the other bad reviews and save your money and go elsewhere to save time and effort. No discount is worth the low level of customer serviced received. Maybe recent change in management?

These guys are great to deal with. The prices are very reasonable and cheapest stone in Sydney.

Extremely rude lady answered, English not her first language. As she could not understand stand me she hung up on me. I rang back and ask for manger she said no and hung up again.

My friend and I bought ToTo Toilet and Barthroom products, the price and products are good. Hundreds of products choices. Two store bring us conveniencefriendly and kind staff.

While prices are really great, the quality is poor. Purchased a vanity, shaving cabinet & taps. Vanity had a hairline crack in basin, shaving cabinet was the wrong one when opened & mixed tap swiveled 180°. After paying for vanity to be installed & removed I had to return along with shaving cabinet. I asked for assistance with costs of installation but they wouldn't help. Then asked that they replace shaving cabinet at no charge & again they refused. Won't recommend them & won't shop there again

Service was very slow, order was not picked until we arrived after we rang and arranged pick up time.

Non-existent customer service. Don't waste your time. We came in to look at bathroom fixtures for an extension we were building, walked around in store for 30 minutes and was not acknowledged once. Six staff were behind the counter talking amongst themselves which was obviously more important than helping prospective customer. We took our business to Renovation Kingdom in Taren Point and the experience couldn't be more different. Go see them instead

I visited their website. All of sudden, I was shocked with their different handsome models. The next minute, I contacted for price and ordered STANDARD KITCHEN CABINET. Their features like POLYURETHANE PAINT etc.heart fully satisfied me.

Thanks a lot Renovation D. Our dream Kitchen, bathroom was live now. There were many worries that, A modern look Kitchen and Bathroom really costs many dollars. And I also never imagined that, I will have such a modernized Kitchen within our house. The staff was so friendly and helps us to have big benefits within our capital.

Renovation D, brought us a Stylish, Systematic and Strategic layouts, design patterns with beautiful color gradients. We loved their consideration planning and then fixing the problems accordingly. Only one thing I can say is, our efforts came true and that because of Renovation D’s hard work.

Awful experience. Had to return a product 5 after minutes after i paid for it because it looks substandard but already had to pay for fee.

We have no knowledge about where to choose, what to buy, and which is best. Through we are searching for our dream design, we ended up with nothing. Then we came to know about Renovation D. Their designs were amazing and they produced us the best quality materials.
