Hassan and Nathan came to work on my house as were were seeking to increase the property value before putting in on the market. They were incredibly friendly and professional. They easily identified areas that could be worked on in the house and made the process so smooth. We left it in their hands and we were not disappointed with the results. The house looks brand new and we could not have done it without them. It was an easy and stress free process and we cannot recommend them highly enough. If we sell in the future, we will definitely contact them again.

"Renovating the family home to sell in Sydney when you reside in Perth could be a challenging, and emotional journey.

Neither was the case for me, in fact the opposite was true.

I was introduced to Nathan and Josh from Renosell by my lovely sales agent Angelo Vagenas. Inspection, suggestions and discussion amongst us all ensued, quote prepared and accepted, then I was back off to Perth! Nathan co-ordinated the whole reno project, payment was easy as there were no upfront costs or additional fees to pay at settlement! This was a winner for dad (aside from Josh being a Rabbitoh).

Two weeks later I returned to Sydney to a home that had been magically transformed (sadly in a transition to a new guardian) - gleaming floorboards replaced old carpet and gave the home such a fresh, vibrant appearance and feel. Friends couldn't rave highly enough the new appearance of the backyard and home! Dad who had not yet seen the home he had lived in for 50 + years (in aged care), loved the reviews!? And I happened to notice the little extras Renosell did, those things that weren't even in the contract, bless them.

Nathan and Josh were incredibly professional, warm and kind, but most importantly to me they showed great care, dedication and thoughtfulness - towards me, towards our home and especially towards my dad. We felt really valued.

They both checked in to see how I was, they showed great patience as I struggled with a few decisions or hiccups (totally unrelated to Renosell), we had a few laughs, but they were always incredibly kind, gentle and inspiring!

For my journey, Nathan and Josh made things easy, fun and positive and I felt like they were right by my side, a kind of protectiveness - that is priceless. I am so grateful to Angelo, for the recommendation. And to Luke, who joyfully dismantled our massive, heavy, custom-built teak unit and the whole team who had to move it - only to return to it's original structure - I am grateful not a single screw was lost in process.

Sometimes the universe connects you with people you don't realise you need at the time.
