We had been thinking about renovating our house for years. Finally, last year, we took the plunge and applied for and received the CDC. After getting a few quotes and meeting with the builders who provided them, we felt most comfortable with Renofix's offer. Here's my take on Renofix's performance in various aspects of their service:

Quality of Work: Renofix's subcontractors for our project were impressively professional. The Gyprocker, Plumber, Waterproofer, Bricklayer, Painter, Cabinet maker, and Door installer all did outstanding work, earning a solid 5 out of 5. However, there were a few areas, such as framing and tiling, where there was some room for improvement.

Project Management and Timing: Ali's project management skills, material delivery, time management, and subcontractor scheduling were excellent, and of course,  project management is one of his strengths.

Communication: Ali is a gentleman and very patient. However, we had some disagreements about what should be included or excluded in the project. There are some tasks for completing the job that seem obvious and expected by default but may not be as apparent to him. So, it's crucial to carefully review the quote and contract, including all items required for the work and documenting all discussed items to ensure everything you need is clearly stated.

Defect Resolution: Renofix didn't leave any loose ends. They took care of all defects before sending the final invoice, which is not something you see often in this industry.

In summary, I'm very satisfied with Renofix's work. They delivered a high-quality and timely service, were professional, and great at communication. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a renovation builder.

I had my two bathrooms renovated by Renofix and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. These guys were seriously amazing, from start to finish.
