Very Happy with the service I received, from the very first phone call to book my car in to be repaired I was greeted with awesome customer service everything was simple communication was on point and the work carried out on the repair to my BT50 I am very happy with. Would highly reccomend them and definately go back if need be for future work.

My car was in there as a result of an accident. Once insurance company had deemed it written off I contacted my assesor to arrange retrieval of my dash Cam out of the car. He rang Reno Smash repairs with the request. A lady claiming to be a part owner contacted me with a barrage of abuse as to why I couldn't retrieve my dash Cam without the aid of a professional. The abusive and unprofessional nature of this call was beyond belief. The same message could have easily been conveyed without the abuse. This alleged lady should never be allowed anywhere near customers!

This place is now starting its third generation to keep the business running. Rod has now become a friend, more than just my local repairer. He takes time to listen and follows up to make sure your happy with the work that has been completed. With competition popping up, completing 40 cars a day, pressured by insurance companies to get the work done for as cheap as possible, it is great to find a place that has a community feel about it. Once you meet the team at RSR you will understand from the first smile that you will walk away happy. Highly recommend and my only preferred smash repairer. Here is a simple example of their support. I had a tree branch hit my car and instead of going through insurancve, Rod help me out with a quick repair to make the company car look like new and I left very happy with the price and work perfromed.

We had Brad Jnr tow us from the Hume and change our flat tyre, and he was so incredibly helpful and nice! We were on the way to the snow and he put us back on the road in absolutely no time at all. We can’t thank you guys enough!

My car was severely damaged in the hail storms in December with it needing to be towed. One call to Brad from Reno Smash Repairs and it was towed within the hour. They helped me wade through the red-tape that is an insurance claim and have been great through the whole process. I have been given regular updates and they have done everything they can to make things easier. I can't praise this family run business enough.

I recently had my son's car repaired at Renos. I was recommended to use them by a friend. I cannot fault the finished product. Rodney, DIanne, Brad and their staff were all extremely professional and helpful with all my questions during the process from start to finish. The finished product was amazing. I will definitely be recommending Reno Smash Repairs and going to them should I ever require them in the future, My insurance company was not happy I wouldn't go to one of their Preferred shops and made a point of advising me that in future I no longer will have a choice.
