I expected a much better job for charging $60 to only clean the inside of my car. See pics for what they missed…

I took my van to Reni as I wrote good reviews about details. The van outside is good but the inside is completely dirty! Not vacuum at all. I paid $55 for package number two which includes vacuum inside.

Kevin was extremely helpful and very detailed with the cleaning.

Job was done in a timely manner and great customer service over all.

STAY AWAY - these guys are dodgy lazy and extremely rude when speaking to you, they don't even acknowledge or greet you, just speak broken English and pretend to ignore you when you have an issue.they did NOT clean my car at all and there was bug splatter, dirty and smear marks left over windshield, dirt and debris left all over my seats and floor and wipe marks and overspray from their cheap chemicals left all over my dashboard, doors, and interior, the external paint was also not cleaned properly. My car actually came out dirtier than it went in with all the marks they created and left! They just smeared grease all over my carpets and interior and made it worse! I had to spend hours cleaning my car after they were done with it! They also took some items from my car and when I asked where they were they did not help me and did not give me back my missing stuff! Absolute thieves! Cheating people!

Very busy long wait time when I was there 2 hrs plus. They do a good job and the prices r very fair 4 a hand wash. Best time 2 go. B4 11: 00am is best.

Not cleaned properly. Still many spots uncleaned like wheels and windows. Includes hand polish but looks like just liquid wax sprayed on.
Not worth paying $110 for full wash for a hatch back.

Noticed that something had gone missing from my boot as I returned to my car to check it after it had been washed. I asked one of the men where the item from my boot went and he immediately called his colleague. His colleague came around and then proceeded to what looked to be another car and pulled out my missing item from the back seat of that car and placed it back into my boot. It's funny because he knew exactly where my missing item was. The item clearly had a subaru logo marked on it and it came out from an Audi. I asked him if it was a genuine mistake and I got no answer. Attempted theft?

Washed my car with them first time and it was great. Second time they did and absolutely terrible job and broke my seat adjustment knob.
Thought maybe that was an accident and tried them again, this time they left streaks all over the car and said he can’t fix it. Staff are very rude.

Best car wash I've been to. My wife is one of the most pickiest people when it comes to cleanliness and for the first time bringing her car back from a car wash she was surprised and full of praise. We take both our cars there. The staff is very friendly

Not a bad service but DO NOT leave anything in your car. My coin compartment was emptied (gold coins missing) and all the business cards I've been keeping for future contact were thrown away without permission. Not very happy and I am definitely won't be coming back

What a joke of a business. Drop the car off and was told to pick up at 5: 45pm because they close at 6pm. Arrived at 5: 40pm to pick up the car and thank them, only to find that they have left half an hour early, but decided it was OKAY to leave my car unlocked with the keys in the ignition right next to the main road. When I called the number, not only did they think this was OKAY, it is something they do all the time. To make it worse, they left another customers set off keys in my car. When I asked what they would like me to do with these keys, they said "just leave them on another car. "
Terrible service and terrible job. Never coming back. Thankful to still have my car.

I got the number 2 and my car looks amazing and smells amazing! My car has never been cleaned so well. Will be definitely coming back here!

I used their car wash service last Thursday. When I collected my car, it was parked on Epsom Road and the key was left in the keyhole. My car was left unattended with the key in the keyhole and anyone could drive it away.

If you have to park your customer's car on the street, at least you could lock the car and give me the key when I pay.

My car was parked next to the 30 min Parking limit sign on Epsom Road, very close to the intersection. I could be fined for overtime parking if I arrived a bit later.

Sign says open 7am
They got there 7.50am
Than they tell me there is a car booked in i have to wait
Business must be good
Because your service wasn't
I waited an hour
never again

Paid $48 for a car wash in and out. Very average job. The windscreen was not clean and the windows were not cleaned with smudges inside everywhere. Had to get car re washed at another carwash the next day. I think they wanted to close and were rushing my car through.
